I waited 40 minutes for nachos that were basically just UNMELTED shredded cheddar sprinkled onto tortilla chips. Her reasoning was that "it just fell apart when I was finishing it." There were a couple of beers on tap but the one I had was definitely old and tasted like they needed to clear their lines.

Everything this guy likes in a friendly-neighborhood bar. It is on a main thoroughfare--and I'm sure most people just keep driving by, because of being in an out-of-favor location; but, we're regular folks, so...It's tiny inside! That kinda surprised me, but when I saw they've been there since 1946, I understood. Really great gals are running the joint, and they will cook you up some nice griddle fare if you have the patience to wait. All in there acted like we were regulars, and I have never set foot inside till today, haha. We sat at the bar, and enjoyed the banter and sports on TV. Food was satisfying, hot, and better than you would expect from a lil' joint like this. Perfect place for me and one of my sons to bust a lunch out on a Monday afternoon while shoppin'...

I've popped in here many times over the years and it just keeps getting worse. I'm guessing they have a manager who doesn't know how to do the job properly.Vegetarian options: To bougie for this place.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to access.

It's a bit rough around the edges but a small bar with a couple of pool tables, darts and tall cold cheap beers. The staff are delightful and take good care to keep your cold drinks full.

Owner is low key racist…He still gets most of his business from black people. Bartenders will gossip about regular customers then smile in their face when they walk in. Several bartenders work under the influence and the cups are often dirty. Lip stick marks on cups twice now.
