Delicious omelette and super friendly service! Even better paired with a Starbucks latte. A delight in the morning!

Terrific breakfast. It's definitely worth the short walk if you're staying elsewhere nearby.

Short overnight stay at the Hilton and stayed for breakfast. The buffet had many options and they will even cook you up eggs or an omelette if you don’t want the scrambled. Many different options such as fresh fruit, yogurt and oatmeal too. The staff was super friendly and right on point for service. Would eat here again.

Hotel restaurants are over priced and not very good. So shutters was a pleasant surprise. Had breakfast here with some friends. Food was great, service was even better. Prices were reasonable if you did not get the buffet.

Crystal and the staff are super friendly and professional. We recommend this place for a satisfying buffet. The waffles are delicious too. The service is impeccable.

As a pilot for a major airline I'm in hotels 2 to 3 times per week. The DoubleTree Hotel in Spokane, WA has a real gem...Shutter's Cafe. Christina the manager was a delight to meet as she sat me down, set me up with coffee and orange juice. Very bubbly and engaging!Sandy was the highlight of breakfast! Asked her opinion of 3 items and chose the "Trio"! Good choice!!! Of the 150+ hotel nights per year for the past 28 years ...Sandy, Christina and Shutter's are my new favorites!Spokane just moved to the top of my favorite overnight's!

I didn't know what to expect for a hotel breakfast, but this was great! Waitress was sweet, even through she was super busy. My food was hot, fresh and tasty. If you are staying nearby it's totally worth a try.

In Spokane for a night, didn't have much time for breakfast so I settled for this hotel restaurant. It appeared as they were still rebounding from COVID, short on staff, limited seating and had a limited menu. I was looking forward to the smoked LOX from previous reviews but the menu had been significantly downsized. I settled for the Riverfront Omelet. Service was good, you could tell they are understaffed as the manager was doing the best she could juggling waiting tables and seating people. Overall the food was decent but nothing to get excited about. I don't mind paying good money for great meal, but I have to question the $17 omelet and $4 cup of coffee at this location. In that regard, this eatery fell well short.
