My wife had gone several times with friends but last night was my first under the new ownership. It was fantastic! The food was amazing, drinks were awesome and the lady helping us was incredible, she was very patient and kind! We had a couple younger kids with and she was great. 10/10 RECOMMEND!! We will absolutely be back!

I first saw this place mentioned on the Spokane Food Finder Facebook page. So for my birthday, we made the 1.5 hour drive from Idaho to go. I had really high expectations and it managed to exceed all of them. One of the most special parts of the experience was the service. I feel like great service is so difficult to find these days and it exists here in abundance. I ordered quite a few things off the menu- pho, Rangoons, spring rolls, a bahn mi and fries, and the Vietnamese coffee. I was hoping the fries were going to be as good as they looked in pictures— even better!!! The broth for the pho was so savory. They also bring you a plate of fresh basil, bean sprouts, and a healthy wedge of lime. But the star of my visit was THAT SANDWICH!!!!!!!!! Best one I’ve ever eaten. Ever. The meat was so flavorful. Then there were two thick slices of crunchy cucumber, ample cilantro, shredded carrots and this divine sweet vinaigrette. YUM!!!!!!! And the Rangoons were home made, and the spring rolls were very fresh. Another thing I noticed about this restaurant is that you could eat off the floor it’s so clean in there.The food was a 12/10 and the service just made the entire visit extremely special. It really made my birthday perfect.

Wow! What a great, locally owned restaurant! Went for lunch and had some of the Asian inspired dishes. Pad thai, and chicken and vegetable stir fry for the two of us. Food came out hot, fast and very fresh. Prices are more than fair. Can't wait to go

The BEST Bánh mì in town!! They pack them super full of veggies and meat, and the dressing they put on it is so addicting . You also gotta try the bbq short ribs, they’re popular for a reason! You can tell the crab Rangoon is homemade, and the owners are so nice! I love that they cater to so many people. One person in your party wants pho, but the other wants a burger? No worries, they got both! Don’t listen to the haters that miss the old owners; these new owners make very good quality food, and you’ll never walk away hungry! Classic diner feel with very cozy food options, really can’t go wrong eating here!

This place is an awesome Vietnamese restaurant!! Yes, it has been the Sportsman forever and they still have all the American food on the menu, but they make great pho! Delicious vermicelli! Awesome house fried rice ... Delicious egg rolls. Everything we had was wonderful. We drove up to try this place after seeing another comment on Facebook. They kept the name because it was easier she said .. but make no mistake ...this is a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant. My family and I love it here! Good food at good prices with good sized portions. My parents love the Crab Rangoon, and my fiance and I always get the Mongolian beef and chicken. Other favorites are the fried rice and my brother enjoys the chicken chow mein. Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with whatever you order!
