Ordered VENTI iced drink, this is how it came (paid for venti, got grande). Asked cashier, he said we asked for no ice, so instead we get air. NEVER had this when we asked for no ice. WEIRD.

Used the drive thru, got iced coffee for myself and white hot cocoa for granddaughter. I forgot to ask for light on the ice, so like most of the coffee stands, you get a full cup of ice with very little coffee.
