BEYOND DISAPPOINTING!!! They not only serve no food at this location, but I also recently asked for their carmel popcorn, and was told that that item was not even on their order form!! As far as I'm concerned, they are overrated! Their prices far exceed their quality of service!!!

Has no oven and only one espresso machine. If it’s down, which it is occasionally, there is no notice until you come all the way into the store which is just a slight inconvenience. Staff are always very kind though

I got the brown sugar shaken coffee. Had no flavor at all. Didnt even taste like coffee. And when I got the coffee if wasn’t even full. Pretty disappointed

Ellie from Starbucks was super nice and went above and beyond when my friend and I came in not knowing exactly what we wanted. She even got our two drinks out super fast that as soon as we sat down she was bringing out our drinks :)
