Ordered a large Americano. It wasn't made, so I remind the barrista. They make a small Americano. I question the size, which they initially dismissed but momentarily realized the mistake. They kindly assured me it is being remade. Again, no coffee is made. I remind them again, after some confusion I am provided with a large drip. .I know it's 2024 and the standards are set pretty low, but this is a pretty simple order that provided a real struggle for the staff at this location.
