I ordered a lemonade acai and picked it up from a young lady in the drive-thru. True to Starbucks nature and culture that I've experienced over the years, I was greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel as if my drink and my awesome day were the most important thing to this young lady while I was there ? I used the mobile app to place my order. I had a gift card that I applied to my account on the mobile app (which is so cool!), so now that GC won't sit in my house and end up lost. On my phone, in my app, guaranteed it's getting used! I don't go to Starbucks often, but it seems no matter which store I go to, it's always a pleasant experience. This store didn't disappoint!

I always meet one of my best friend's for coffee and a visit here. I do wish they had more sugar free flavor options. I do not like the vanilla or cinnamon dulce. Those are the only hot sugar free options. I don't always want a cold brew, especially in the winter.
The coffee is good. The staff are friendly, and patient. The music is too loud, and rather irritating.

So I have a dairy issue... so I always ask for oatmilk instead of regular milk... not once has any of the other Starbucks that I've been to CHARGED me for having this health issue. This location did. And when I asked why, she was extremely rude and I'm very turned off by this location.
