I tried this location for the first time, ordered online thinking I would get the value I paid for. Picked up the food and the employee said make sure you carry the food so it doesn't fall out of the bottom of the bag. I thought to myself, this bag of 2 footlongs and a salad that cost $65 felt like it had nothing in the bag, nothing to fear. Got home and realized the subs had a kit half the amount of ingredients and the salad looked super undesirable. We paid extra for extra protein and meat on one sub and the salad,literally got robbed on that. The salad end up making someone pretty sick and didn't even bother to finish half the salad. I contacted the store via email with my receipt and the owner said " l set the prices and if you didn't get what you paid for I will refund you". Provided the receipt directly to the owner Ron and never heard from him again. I sent an email asking what the resolution was and h le never responded. No surprise. I will never ever visit this Subway again, absolutely unacceptable food and resp lonse form the owner Ron. Enjoy overpaying your unskilled staff while losiing customers left and right!

Walked in to take out a couple subs.. The sandwiches were Subway, good, nothing out of the ordinary . However, the 2 gentleman working when we came in were exemplary. They greeted us, they were attentive and communication was top notch. They were clearly busy yet they handled it with smiles and with multi tasking that was impressive all while maintaining standards and customer service. Well done to whomever you guys were.. The store owner should be proud of such great representation for their business .

Bigger dude with headphones in does not enjoy his job! All happy and smiles until customers come in then wants to be super short, rude and grumpy. Puts the wrong sauce on our sandwich snaps when we pointed it out. Don't you get you work in food service, your customers that keep your store open pays your check. Let's be a little nicer!

Food is always great but I ordered 2 separate meals and paid the extra money but only got 1 each of drink and chips. Tried calling and no answer in an hour of trying it just kept ringing. I know it’s not a big deal wanted to let them know about it. The not answering the phone is not working for me though ?

The employees were on a game the whole time . Had to ask to add multiple times to my sandwich so I had the right amount. Never had that issue at this location .

Nobody Special

Came in here on Tuesday the 2nd and after they started to cut my bread for my sandwich, they told me they were out of turkey, cheese and pickles. Came in on Thursday the 4th and now they don't have any bread. I don't really eat a lot of Subway but my mom really wanted a sandwich. They don't have sandwiches. Go to one of the other 100 in the area, this one is bad!

Worst experience ever gal behind desk is clueless. No manager available and no one who knows a thing. Will not come back to this store or any subway. Can not even get ahold of corporate customer service. Please train y I urge employees better!!!!

DON'T GO HERE!I went for lunch today, their employees were standing there gossiping while I ate, bashing customers behind their back and using homophobic language about a group walking by. Horrible employees and disturbing anti LGBTQ+ conversations.

Had the pleasure of eating lunch at Subway/5 Mile today. What a difference it makes in a persons day when you encounter such friendly people like the guys working at this location. No idea what their names are but they deserve some props from me and upper management ! My sandwich was perfect.They were friendly to every customer. I really appreciated the friendly service and positive attitudes. Well done guys!!!

The food is not just subway, it's better. I think the only thing different from your average subway is the phenomenal service. The employees are some the nicest and coolest people ever. I was considering the garlic aioli and one of the employees let me taste it. I wish the employees were my friend s because they really are the ambiance.

I just had the best experience here. I asked for just oil, no vinegar on my sandwich & was saying how I know it's habitual to throw both on. & then to be extra I asked that they cut my sandwich 1st before my son's because I'm weird & picky like that. The employee made sure to clean the knife up real good before cutting into my sandwich. My 10 year old son was talking to him and the employee was engaging. He even was so nice to give us a discount! Told me to drive safe & another employee warned us that he'd just mopped behind us. This was literally the most pleasant experience at a Subway restaurant in my life! (I know I can't believe I just said that too lol especially after reading other reviews!)

As always they’re always out of something. As a sandwich making business being out of key ingredients is just not germane to proper patronage. We have gone here for years and it never fails 10-30 minutes before close you either get forced customer service and lies about outs or rudeness in the past we have received attitude and rudeness showing up 25 minutes early. At least we didn’t receive that tonight but we did receive a laundry list of outs and as we left a locked door 10 minutes before closing time. Management stinks no one is ever held accountable these days.
