This isn’t the closest Subway to my house, but I will drive out of my way to go to this one. The service is always very good. Pleasant, hard working employees who seem to genuinely like their job. The food is consistent and the facility clean.

I just ordered two, 12-inch sandwiches—in store pick up—through the Subway App.Neither sandwich was made correctly. I took 2 bites of mine and couldn’t finish. It was absolutely disgusting. Soggy, missing cheese, not toasted. Swimming in condiments. Nothing tasted fresh (I ordered it first thing in the morning).$46.63 dollars later (including 25% tip).

Super bummed about them not chopping the salads :( , I enjoy a tuna salad from subway yet now they don’t chop the salad. Now it’s a bowl of ingredients:(Subway , bring back the mixing bowl and chopper. I asked for it and they told me subway doesn’t do it anymore. Why? At least provide us with a plastic knife to cut the ingredients are selves while eating.

Unfortunately my experience was not the best. Went around noon today. There was an older woman that waited on me that was very rude. The whole interaction very rushed and she came across impatient made me feel like she was inconvenienced to help me. There was a couple people in line but not alot. At one point she was even trying to wrap up my sandwich before I had even finished requesting the rest of my toppings.

Always love the staff, love the food. Getting pretty pricy nowadays though. Someone tried to use a dirty knife covered in mustard and residue on my sandwich, but has not happened again for a bit. So was probably a one off thing. The manager is very sweet and clearly cares. Pretty goodKid-friendliness: Everyones nice, no bad language

Uninviting service, the workers seemed annoyed when you came in they had no interest in talking at all, the sandwich was not very good they put barley any toppings in the sandwich and did the bare minimum.

It was the second subway In North Spokane that I went to today, both owned by the same people. The first on Hwy 2, near Holland ave had no bread as their bread oven was broken. The second across from Fred Meyer on 395, the toaster was not working. Neither of these subways participate in the company sponsored discounts. Go to any other subway in Spokane county. They are all managed better than these two!
