Ordered a sandwich here about 30 minutes before closing, order could not be completed on doordash for unspecified reason. If you can't fill an order, then don't sell on the app.

We ordered on the app and for delivery. We placed the order and received a phone call a few minutes later to inform us that they didn't have any tuna. Not that big a deal, my wife ordered something else, she was hurried off the call and wasn't asked if she wanted to remove/add anything. It arrived about 20 minutes early, again, not the worst thing, but we scheduled a particular time for a reason.Finally, we asked for 2 of the 3 subs to be toasted. All 3 were toasted, and the bread was unbelievably hard. It was similar to a taco shell. You bite into it, it crumbles and makes a big mess, and a bunch of food falls out. I could have played baseball with those rolls. Not good.

I go to this subway every monday, wednesday and thursday after practice and usually get there around 7:45pm but every other time they have the doors lock and are cleaning up but they don't close until 8:00pm. Today on 7/24/23 was the final straw for me I won't ever be

I get everything costs more.... but when the portioned out allotment of meat only covers about 9 inches of the sub (this was after the employee spread it out) its just not worth $16+. Subway has gotten out of control. I'll go elsewhere and pay the same amount or even a dollar or two more for a way higher quality sandwich. I used to really enjoy subway... but there is no value left it it.....I do want to mention though that the staff was very nice/friendly/promt.... no complaints there ??

We just picked up lunch from this location. Wanted to brag on Christian and Valley on their fantastic customer service. They were quick, patient and provided hilarious stories! I love to compliment people when they are awesome. Kudos!

Ordered online - that was a mistake apparently.Foot long chicken bacon ranch on Italian herbs and cheese, pepper Jack cheese, olives, jalapeños, lettuce, toasted. *came on white bread, missing jalapeños, missing olives, not toasted.Foot long subway club on Italian herbs and cheese, pepper Jack cheese, olives, banana peppers, lettuce, ranch, Mayo, toasted. *came on white bread, missing banana peppers, cheese, and got jalapeños instead of banana peppers, not toasted.. HOWEVER MY WIFE DID HAVE A LONG BLONDE HAIR IN HER SANDWHICH AS A BONUS.Foot long spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese… PLAIN for our kids. They actually managed to get this one correct aside from again giving us a sandwhich on white bread. Shocker.Called and the girl on the phone said that I was told that they didn’t have Italian herbs and cheese when I came in… I told her no, I ordered online and walked in and grabbed our order off of the shelf. She said oh, well if you want to bring the sandwiches back, we can refund you. I said no, our order is completely screwed up. I’m not driving 20 minutes back to the valley to take them back their mistakes. She ended up refunding our order, which is appreciated but we are disappointed with the carelessness of the employees. The store shouldn’t be open if that’s how they’re going to conduct business. Better order accuracy and customer service at the Burger King down the road… And that’s saying A LOT.
