I went through the drive thru. I ordered one small thing and a small water. The server took my payment without saying thank you (or anything for that matter)and forgot my water. No apology, just got my water, handed it to me and shut the window. My food was cold and she forgot the bacon bits. I was in a hurry, of course, and couldn't go back. Just not a good experience.

Shay was working drive thru. She's friendly and great with her service. Food was hot, tasted fresh. They made my great niece her food too order. That was so kind. Love how fast and correct my order was. It's rare my order isn't correct. That's why I love Taco bell on Monroe and Boone. I'd recommend especially the breakfast menu. Crunch wrap is my go to. Although prices are up, and portions smaller. Food is still tasty.

Folks working were nice and worked on our large order; not too fast or too slow of service. Restaurant was cleanish- razor blades in the bathroom were unwelcome. Not happy that my $7 chicken cantina burrito was miniature. It was good but it was so small. Spent almost $70 and all 5 of us are still hungry.

Keeping your open sign on past the time that you are open only generates confusion.Do better, friend.

The person in charge at that time was Lewis. A night shift managerThe conduct of the staff was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. I had two orders prepared, but was told I could only pick up one and would need to circle back through the drive-through for the second. When I questioned why I couldn't collect both orders at once, the staff member firmly said it was not feasible. In accordance with their odd requirement, I found myself back in the now longer drive-through line. I noticed a hefty truck ahead of me that had placed two separate orders and apparently picked up both without the need to loop back in line. Upon reaching the window, I cordially inquired if the truck was allowed to pick up both orders together. I was informed they were subjected to the same rules as I.However, their explanation didn't sit right with me. As I drove off, I saw the truck had already left the queue, suggesting they hadn't been asked to loop back. It was clear that the staff member hadn't been honest with me.Feeling bewildered and annoyed by the situation, I decided to reach out to the manager, Lewis, for some clarity. But when I explained the situation and the disrespectful and dishonest behavior of his staff, Lewis chose to argue with me instead of addressing the issue.

The behavior of the staff was incredibly discourteous and unprofessional. I had placed two orders, both of which were ready for collection. However, I was informed that I could only collect one at a time and would need to rejoin the drive-through line to collect the second. When I queried the staff member on duty as to why I couldn't collect both orders simultaneously, she simply stated it wasn't possible.Complying with this unusual request, I joined the now lengthened drive-through queue. I noted that a large truck ahead of me had placed two separate orders and was seemingly allowed to collect both without the need to circle back through the drive-through. When I reached the collection window, I politely inquired if the truck had been allowed to collect both orders at once. I was told that they had to follow the same procedure I had.Suspecting that this wasn't the case, I checked as I was leaving and noticed the truck was no longer in the queue, indicating they hadn't been required to rejoin. It was clear that the staff member had not been truthful with me.Confused and frustrated by this experience, I decided to call the manager, Lewis, to seek clarification. When explaining the situation and the discourteous and deceptive behavior of his staff, rather than addressing the issue, Lewis began to argue with me aggressively. The manager on duty was Lewis, working the night shift.

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had two orders, and both were ready they told me I am only allowed to pick up one order and that I am going to have to drive back in the drive-through. When I asked the lady that was working why she couldn't just give me the second I that it was ready she just said she can't. So, of course, I obliged and went back in the drive thru that now had 5 cars in it. There was a big truck in front of me that I could hear ordered 2 different orders, and when they pulled up to the window, I was allowed to get both orders without driving back through the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, I politely asked the lady working if they were able to get their order without driving around, and she told me they had to do the same as we did. I thought maybe I was wrong, so on my way out, I looked at the drive-thru to see if I had mistaken, but they weren't there. She had lied directly to my face. I was very confused about this interaction, so I called the manager, Lewis, to possibly get some answers. I told Lewis about what had happened and about how rude, disrespectful, and dishonest his employees were, he started arguing with me in an aggressive way.Manager: Louis (Night Manager @1 AM on a Sunday) 3/3/2024Taco Bell Address: 1202 N Monroe St, Spokane, WA 99201

This Taco Bell doesn't care about anything but convince for them. Wants yoy to pull around at the slightest inconvenience to them and has a 1 order maximum rule. That is wrong and discourages me from even thinking about comming here. L staff.

I quit Taco Bell for years, but because this one was open late, I tried it a few weeks ago, and I was quite impressed. I was o impressed that I've tried it a few more times, and I wasn't let down. The staff was nice, the place was clean, and the food was decent. Keep up the great work.
