They have turned the front counter into fully automated with no front counter person. So delivery drivers like myself have no one to report to. Very weird. Was ignored for 10mins before I just canceled the order and left. Taco Bell if you need more time to make the orders for delivery modify your prep times in the delivery app so the driver isn’t called 20mins before it’s done. And you seriously need to staff the front counter again.Update4/13/24 10:05am. Order was ready and on the shelf behind the counter. Could not get employees attention for 10mins before I finally waved someone down. Now the order is cold and the customer might complain.Update4/15 10:45am. Wow Taco Bell ! My order was ready when I got there! And they acknowledged me as soon as I walked in!Way better! Thank you! Keep it up ;)

Don't know bout the atmosphere but they always are quiet and professional even gave my son a free frezzy hats of to the toco bell staff my go to is the cheesy rice and bean burrito with jalapeños of course check them out super good snack high in protein and not so bad on the calories for all the fitness gurus out there ?

No one inside acknowledges anybody in the lobby they make you use the kiosk machine and then they ignore you and don't make your food because they're always making sure the drive thru times are are on point. Forget the other paying customers after 15 mins of waiting all drive thru cars gone and only two other people in the lobby, they decide to stand around chit chatting and not making mine and the other twos food who had been there before me, we all walked out without paying for ourkiosh orders cause we were all paying cash and no food! Customer service is horrible!

Its nice to have another option besides burgers when doing fast food.Vegetarian options: Many option that come vegetarian already, and also many options that you could modify to exclude meat.Dietary restrictions: They're always willing to modify anything you could want!Kid-friendliness: No play-place or jungle-gym for kids.
