Every time I’ve come through the drive-thru at this location the service has been consistently great. I often am helped by the same young gentleman in the evenings and he is very pleasant. The food also comes out fast and yummy.

I’m not a huge “eat with eyes” girly but believe me when I tell you my five layer burrito was made with LOVE. The most neat and clean TB burrito I’ve seen in all 26 years of my life. I’d give my firstborn to whoever made it. Anyway, the whole shift deserves a raise

We placed a mobile order but found that some of our food was missing. Additionally, the tortilla was dry, and overall, the food appeared to have been sitting out for hours and wasn't fresh. When we spoke to an employee, they informed us that the tortilla machine was broken but they are not allowed to say that to customers. They offered to remake the food, but he said it would be the same. When we mentioned returning the next day, we were informed they didn't know when the issue would be fixed. When we requested a refund, we were unable to receive one. It's disappointing to be charged for old food. basically got ripped off

This is our go to for a lazy night. I think it may be the last fast food that we trust.Dietary restrictions: My wife is gluten free and dairy free. Still has a lot of options.
So we ordered Taco Bell tonight on their website and went to pick it up. For me, I got the Supreme Soft Tacos. The supreme has sour cream. Now they do charge a little more for the supreme than the regular soft taco. For me though, it's the taste and none of mine have sour cream. Also my friend order mild and hot sauce for his tacos. He never got his sauce. For now, if we go here, we'll just go in, but I rather just do the drive to either North Division or the one on Newport Highway(?).

Bought 1 pack 12 cinnamon ball ask for cook them fesh with no Sugar add on top, he said they're always have sugar add it ( no one before said No with me like him ) Bought Beef burrito and chicken quesadilla Ask for some Hot sauce and Mild and he give me 1 hot and 1 mild, have u guys ever have people working at Tacobell give u 1 of each kind total 2 for ur order??????. This store is my favorite one, but today I give them 1 Star for BAD service.

Taylor is so nice, she goes beyond her duties and made my family feel welcome and she was sweet to my 90 year old grandma. Taco bell you have a keeper.
