It's fast food, so it is what it is. It's not the best quality but definitely better than some. The prices are a bit high however, everywhere is consistent with that. Not the greatest but definitely not bad.

Can't believe we had to pay for salsa in the drive thru for taco salads! Been coming to this location for years....probably won't go back as the quality of food and the service has steadily gone down hill.

The rice was so hard you could barely eat it. The food wasn't fresh at all. I understand fast food but it was all that fast either. The people were nice though. Wasn't worth the $30 I paid. Probably won't be back
I was very disappointed!! I ordered a taco salad and a small mexi tot. It was 11:09 for 8 tots that were completely cold and tasted like little salt bombs. I live 3 minutes away they should at least be warm. The taco salad has a skim of lettuce and it is rotted. It is also completely cold. I tried eating the shell, but it tasted old and stale. Shame on you taco time employees. I won't come here again. I will spend my money at the one on Francis!! What a waste of money for a meal that ended up in the trash.

Very rude service I come here often and today I went through and ordered a 5 alarm burrito meal stuffed mexi tots and 2 crisp meat burritos I get all the way home and notice I didn’t get my crisp meat burritos. I’ve came here for years and never had an issue so I call them so I can get my crisp meat burritos and the first girl that answers was nice and told me she’d get her manager for me. The manager gets on the phone and as I’m explaining she cuts me off and tells me she’s the one who packed my order. I said ok?? I’m missing my crisp meat burritos ? And she goes I packed your order. Again ok ?? And she then goes if I can’t get you back tonight I can’t put them in my book. I said that’s fine I can come and she cuts me off again and says ok. She tried making me feel like i was lying about the order missing items. I am a manager and she was completely ridiculous and rude about the situation. I pay my way in life I don’t try getting free stuff. Sorry I wanted them items I paid for that I didn’t get.

This is the worst Taco Time I have ever been to ! The food and service were so bad they should have their franchise pulled from them . If it can’t ran like a restaurant, shut your doors !It absolutely SUCKS !
