Had given this place 5 stars but was treated so poorly today I'm giving it 1 and won't be going back.Hammer Reserve was one of the few resturant I take my son to regularly.I noticed one of their drinks contains Molasses. One of my interests is heavy metal exposure and Molasses companies right now are currently being sued for not disclosing their lead content. This includes the brand they use, Brier Rabbit.I mentioned it my server saying that I would just like to mention it to the chef. She immediately became defensive saying "we don't have any control over that" as though I was accusing her. Realizing that I tried to tone things down. I said "well you don't use it in food and since you disclose that you use it in your drink I can avoid it so that works for me."Her reply was even more hostile though. "If the FDA approves it we don't have to disclose it!"Um..Okay.First of all... not true. If a customer asks about ingredients you legally DO have to disclose it! Think about food allergies and sensitivity. Customers actually do have a legal right to accurate lists of ingredients upon request.Honestly I found her whole demeanor very threatening and hostile and I would now be afraid to eat there since Honestly I feel like she'd put Molasses in my food or worse. This makes me pretty sad. Honestly I feel hurt because I liked this place so much.

I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕

I went here on my lunch break today for the first time ever. I went through the drive thru, and unfortunately was greeted with a not so pleasant voice on the other end. I wasn't prepared with my order as it was my first time. The worker was very impatient with me while choosing a drink and sandwich. No one else was in line behind me-so maybe the rush wasn't as warranted as she felt? The drink unfortunately was not drinkable. Very burnt and sour tasting, and the sandwich was medicore at best. Came prewrapped out of a box sitting out by the drive thru window. It would be nice to refrigerate a roast beef and cheddar sandwich? Not trying to be picky, but for almost $15 for a 12 Oz drink and sandwich I would expect a little more.

The crowd is a little young and yuppy for my taste, but the coffee and service are great.

Never portions the pesto for customers, they tell us they are out but in reality they don't prep and won't do it per order. I did ask why and this is what they told me.

Great place to have coffee and a snack. More seating by a long ways over any Starbucks. Food is exceptional but a little on the high side. Coffee is about same as Starbucks. If you dine in you get a proper china mug, not a paper one.All staff very friendly and don't rush you.Need more parking. Very little. Typically end up on a side street a block or so away.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Spokane.Reasonably priced but good coffee. Some good food options, including some gluten free options like their chicken enchilada plate.Gets quite busy so early mornings are best.Dietary restrictions: a few good gluten free options.

My bride and I stopped here after dinner one evening to order some coffee and a dessert while waiting for a concert. The tables were a little messy but we found a reasonable one we could clean up ourselves. The food arrived in short order, but the coffee never did. After we finished our dessert and sat for a bit, we went to the counter to check in the coffee, and it was never prepared. They made us two cups to go that were luke warm at best. We were offered an apology and also given two, one dollar off coupons for our next visit, but those have no value unless we return. There was no offer to refund our money and they were happy to keep the tip. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. My tip for the rest of you is to find another coffee stand. To end on a positive...it's a nice facility!

Great coffee! Every time I’ve been there I’ve had fast and great service. The drive through line sometimes can be packed, but that must mean they’re doing something right!

My friend and I went through the drive thru and ordered the Blueberry fog and a london fog. the barista was very friendly and the service was good, but unfortunately the drinks were actually undrinkable. Neither were made with the correct tea or flavors, most notably the london fog being made with mint tea (when it is traditionally black tea/earl grey). Because it was closer to close we decided against going back through but I would have wanted a refund and if i were you i would avoid getting any sort of tea drink or tea latte here, the recipe seems to be pretty weird to say the least. 12 dollars for two tea based drinks that were completely incorrect is way too steep of a price to pay.

it was very chaotic and disorganized. I went with a friend for lunch on Friday and both of our lunches were messed up. There was trash everywhere and we weren’t even able to put our dishes back.
