I don't live in Pullman, but every time I visit, I stop by here. I wish we had this place in moscow. the environment is amazing, and the coffee has never been sub-par. The Baristas are always friendly and helpful. I describe this place to people as "Starbucks, if Starbucks had affordable and flavorful coffee."

All the recent visits have been positive but I'm still going with 4 stars for now because I'm still avoiding the upstairs area after we encountered ants one time. It'll take a while to get over finding ants in my bag as I packed up. The downstairs is great. I can usually find an available table and love their orange blossom latte. WiFi seems to always work. I don't usually preorder but online ordering is available through the Joe Coffee Order Ahead app (and there are sometimes discounts through the app). I'm really glad they hired a new manager (Sara?) several months ago because they seem to now be more involved in the community. Not sure exactly how but I've noticed it.

This is a really great building with a lot of character. The Thomas Hammer coffee is a really smooth blend. It was rather hot the day we visited, so I opted for a cold brew with a little bit of cream. It really hit the spot. Looking forward to visiting again during cooler days, so I can try one of their signature espresso drinks.

Customer service was amazing 10/10 Me and my partner got velvet chocolate and blueberry fog and it was delicious. Best coffee I had since I've moved here!!

You would expect this place to be clean since they were close for 3 months. However it is super dirty ,there is dead bugs, stains on the walls and on the couches . They have a sign up that says "upstairs seating it closed ". However they allow only certain individuals to seat upstairs. Every time I ask if I may sit upstairs. The blonde white lady always says "NO" to me. It makes feel like she has something against me. The coffee is nasty. I would recommend going to another coffee shop instead of this one. Stay away from this one. Unless you like bad coffee and terrible customer service and cheap bagel.

I was very disappointed with my visit to the Pullman Thomas Hammer. I usually love this chain, and think their coffee is delicious, but this visit was a disaster. I walked in at around two thirty, and I knew that they had changed their hours due to COVID-19, so I went up to the counter to ask what time they closed. There were only a couple people inside, and there was no one in line and she wasn't making a drink. So I waited a minute or so for her to acknowledge me, at which time I asked her when they closed. She told me that it was posted on the door and online, and when I didn't respond because I hadn't noticed the hours while coming in, she reluctantly told me they closed at 3:00 PM. So then I order a coffee and it was THE WORST coffee I have ever had. It was so bitter that I couldn't drink it, and I even had someone else taste it to make it wasn't just me. Overall I was VERY disappointed with my visit. Would not recommend this branch of Thomas Hammer.

I used to go there almost every day about two years ago. Nice ambiance, great staff, coffee is good. No complaints at all! I wish people in coffee shops would be more considerate to their surroundings and make less noise as so many are working or studying.

If you're looking authentic Italian style espresso shots, Thomas Hammer (TH) in Post falls is it! They create beautiful espresso. Their equipment is top of the line. Personally, I am very particular about espresso and foamed milk. They foam their milk beautifully! If you're a barista n**** you know foamed milk should have the appearance of 'wet paint'. THC gets it right every time. Adrian is the store manager and she is very kind and goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service. Thanks TH!

The place is a decent place to get work done. I had one of their signature drinks and it was delightful. The place had a younger crowd vibe 18-25 but it wasn't intimidating.oh n the cookies were amazing.

Customer Service is very patient with me since I suffer social anxiety, but they made sure I was properly helped and they brought in my quiche on a clear glass plate. The atmosphere is more modernize with an Ikea like furniture and popular hits alternative pop / rock music. Customers that are here are mixed from a various of social economic and educational classes. So no need to feel out of place unlike other coffee shops. The menu is simple and not over complicated. The location near Fizzies in Spokane apparently sucks at making mochas. My man ordered an iced white mocha for me and a regular iced mocha for himself. Both are terrible, neither one tastes remotely close to a mocha, both are pretty watered down (mind you ice hasn't melted yet)... Mine tastes like majorly watered down black licorice. Disappointed and most likely won't be going back there for coffee.

Being a barista there I know the quality and precise-ness we put into a cup of coffee. By far my favorite coffee.
