Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

Don't eat here. It takes 30 minutes for your order every time. For a fast food restaurant that serves wings, it should not take 30 minutes to get your order. The manager is rude to doordash drivers and is likely the reason the place is run so inefficiently.

Definitely the best Wingstop in Spokane. The staff are super friendly and attentive! Had an order mixup once and the manager on duty was really kind and fixed it right-away! It’s rare to see in today’s fast food world, but I definitely get the vibe that all the staff love their job.

They consistently make drivers wait 20-30 minutes (after telling them 10). You’ll quickly find the experiences drivers refuse your orders very soon. They don’t work for free.

First visit to Wing Stop. The prices were good for the special they had on wings. It was a Tuesday. Original hot was moderately hot. Mango Habanero was properly hot but very sweet. No dipping sauces were given to me when I was promised they would be in my order. I will give it another try someday.

This location absolutely sucks. The employees are terrible with customer service and making the food, I constantly get my order wrong after repeating it multiple times because they don't know how to listen to the customer who's speaking to them. The managers on floor and even worse, no wonder they hire new employees every other week.

BEST wings in the world. I order the garlic parm EXTRA CRISPY and a ranch dining sauce and that is the closet thing to wing ecstasy on this plant.

No room for a family of 5 to sit and eat. Everything was over seasoned all bone in wings were very dried out, overcooked. Boneless was not as dry ?. Fries were soggy and visually unappealing. Ranch was excellent.

Good food! Always fresh when we go! Garlic parm chicken tenders were amazing! Lemon pepper ones were a bit salty, but next time I’ll do less seasoning option. Boyfriend has been loving the chicken sandwiches. Always on time when we order carry-out.

Will never return to this Wing Stop location. This LOCATION is garbage. And I’m not just referring to the food, the service don’t even deserve to be on the scale of rating from the moment you step foot into the door. You have a BUNCH of young immature kids loud and obnoxious “homie this” “dawg that” … food was not worth the head ache from the “ghetto” experience of dine in.
