I was leaving the hospital and thought I would quick run and get a Zips shake. I called and asked if I showed up 5 minutes before closing time if that was enough time to get a shake and they said it was. So I drove down there right at 5 minutes before closing and noone answeres in the drive through. So I go around to the window and see an employee duck behind the wall. I beep no one comes. Rude costumer service and pure waste of my time.

I've only ate here like maybe 3-4 times. BUT.....whatever you do DON'T order the fish n chips because they are so frekin SMALL and not worth the price, honestly a rip off for fish n chips for the size u get. Everything else seems okay to order like burgers ECT. I feel zips is also slightly expensive too. Once in a blue moon I'll drop by & that's pretty rare.

I was recently in Spokane (on a trip from California) and I saw a sign for a bag of burgers. Naturally, I was intrigued, andit became the main goal of myself and my travel mate to experience said bag of burgers. We walked the better part of a mile, journeyed for this bag of burgers... And we were so pleased. These are not your gourmet, artisan burgers; these are drive in burgers. Simple, to the point, yet so incredibly delicious. 5 single patty, cheese, ketchup/mustard/pickles. Oof. And you get a tub of the best crinkle cut fries I have ever had. Get a side of fry sauce and you will be in heaven. Can't wait to get back to Washington for another bag. Highly recommend.

WORST Zip's ever for fish! You get about a third of what you get at other Zip's and one side of the fish was hard and rubbery. Also the fry sauce didn't taste right. ? They did politely give me a refund.

It says it's open until 10:00 and I walked from my apartment to come get a milkshake and the doors were locked and the employees looked at me and said that they were closed I looked at them and said you guys say you're open and they just shook their heads absolutely stupid.Also it was only 7:30
