My bacon burger had so much mayo it made the lettuce soggy, my regular size mozzarella sticks were all extremely undercooked. I can't describe how dissatisfied I am. My buns were smashed and the burger was falling apart. Honestly never going back.

We decided to stop by the Zips on Sprague and they just changed ownership and Paul is a gem! His hospitality was so welcoming. We ordered the must have sense explosion "CEO" and the family pack with an extra side of large fries since we were a group of 9. Everything was quick and delicious. Very clean, fun place to eat, and my fry sauce connosieur husband said two thumbs up on their special fry sauce. A must for travelers!

My fiancé and our kids went through drive thru and the females that worked had an attitude and you could see through window messing around not paying attention to their customers. Got home and needed up not getting our kids corn dogs and called over 3 times to finally get through to someone and told them that was on our way to remake them so they’re not cold. And the worker that answered the phone said “no problem “ just for us to go back and wait 10 mins for them to remake them when they knew we were coming back. We get home and the fires and tater tots are cold and disgusting . Only thing that was good was the soda. Ended up paying $52 for gross food and bad services. We will be going somewhere else!!!!! If I could rate ZERO I would.

Got there at 7:54 to order drive through. Was ignored after being looked at in the window until 7:58. An employee was taking out trash and I asked when they stop taking orders, he said "oh I we still can if you hurry". As if I wasn't waiting on them... I would have just driven to another stand, don't like my time being wasted. Pick another place to eat

What can I say it is a Zips, in East central. They do have pinball, that is an automatic point.
Pretty decent burger, good fries. Chicken sandwich is ok. So far the standout has been the milkshakes.. standard ones are pretty good, but the specialty menu is where its at. Try the huckleberry cream pie shake it is ridiculously good.

I used to love Zips fish and fries. Lately they have gotten more and more expensive, every time I go there. Last night I went to get some and it cost $10.80 for 2 pieces that were the size of 2 French fries and were chewy and hard and the other 2 were tiny but at least not too over cooked. The French fries taste burnt and disgusting. I'm done buying fish and fries or anything as far as that's concerned, from Zips.

This zip has poor customer service and the manager is very disrespectful to the customer. They do not tell the customer that the gift cards can only be used at this location and that they can only give you a refund in cash and not back on your card. They have no concept of respect and talk so rudely to you I will never be going back to this zips. Their food is also under concep
