I got unexpectedly sick not because I was drunk but because I donated plasma that morning and I threw up in the trash and on my dress and my friend took out the trash. Not the staff. The staff was rude to me because I got sick and they added the cleaning fee as a tip instead of adding it to my bill. Shady & upsetting. As someone that has worked in the service industry, this is unacceptable and they should be ashamed of themselves. Will never recommend

Great bar, amazing live music! Can be tricky to get a table, but well worth it.

Zola is a fun place to go. Certainly don't go for the food or the cocktails. Go to have a fun time. At happy hour prices, the drinks and food are an ok deal, but really I would recommend going elsewhere for a dinner, and then going to Zolas for the music, dancing, and party Service was good, and so no need to go to the bar. Just sit down at a table, and a friendly server will be by.

Best live music bar around

Incredible atmosphere! Very friendly but not overbearing bartenders. Great veggie/cheese appetizer, though slightly overpriced for a veggie dish.

We had a wonderful dinner date at ZOLA last night in downtown Spokane. They have live music every night of the week except Sunday and Monday. The genre of the music is jazz but like every genre there are different styles of jazz. Last night they had a performer who goes by the name Aspen Kye. She has a video on YouTube that you can watch if you like neo soul. I know. I had to look that up.Fun decor, attentive waiter, fabulous food with plenty of vegetarian choices for us and they even serve non alcoholic refreshing cocktails. We haven't been out for years but now that we found Zola and it is such an easy drive down Trent from the valley, we will be going back again soon.

Johnathan made our night here! I have never had a better server at a bar. He was so attentive and kind, I would for sure be a return customer here only because of him. What an all star!!!

This place was a bummer. The drinks? Way too expensive and taste like diy drinks. You can easily find better cocktails for less elsewhere. The food was just average, and the service didn't do much to make up for it. Also, the wait time was ridiculous, felt like I aged a year waiting for my drink. And the bartenders? Dude, they were straight-up rude. Not worth your time or money, trust me.

The owner was belligerent, aggressive, and physically violent towards a patron and the bartenders were also joining in on the shenanigans. Encouraging violence is despicable, especially when there are 5 people pounding one person. This place is trash and the service is horrible. Music is not worth it either.

When you want that hole in the wall place with good vibes, retro atmosphere, and good music, this is the place to go!Seating can be limited, especially on a Friday night, but the times I've been there the live music makes up for it...then when a booth or seating along the wall opens up you grab it.There is what appears to be private seating on the 2nd floor that overlooks the bar and dance floor but I've never reserved or gone up there.
