We booked All City for a company picnic. I chose the self serve cart and it was easy to order online. I called to clarify a few things and all my questions were answered. I confirmed that the truck was coming a day before our event and got a prompt reply that we were on the books. A truck arrived on time and dropped off the cart. Great idea for parties, I had All city ice cream for my daughter’s graduation party, since she likes ice cream, and it was a hit with everyone, kids, teens and adults. Overall very good experience from easy and clear online booking, clear communication with ice cream man through the delivery and serving during the party ! The ice cream was delicious too, everyone was happy. Highly recommend
