Had a great birthday meal with 3 generations present. Everyone enjoyed, the service was engaging and fun. Food was great and the way it was served was special. My shrimp bowl was flaming with tequila that became a part of the sauce. Flavorful and light ?Dietary restrictions: I was able to eat gluten and dairy free without feeling like I missed anything. Truly remarkable, thank you!!! Table side bar service with Pablo was entertaining. Nicely done!

This is our second time visiting this restaurant, we are from Idaho and always looking for a good meal. This place did not disappoint from the atmosphere when we arrived to the chips and queso to the amount of different tacos I tried we love this place everyone had a great meal and we look forward to going back.

One of the main things I've been missing post-Covid are happy hours, those afternoon opportunities to stop in and try out a new watering hole without making a major investment in the outcome. They are very slowly making a return to my area and I was pleased to see Antojos recently publicizing theirs on Facebook. I tried it out earlier today and, I've gotta say, I was pretty impressed. To begin, there is a sizable list of mixed drinks, all priced at $3.99 - mostly the standard gin and tonics, margaritas, screwdrivers, and such - but the price is certainly right for what I assume is standard grade bar liquor-based wells. I arrived at around 3:00, a mite early for me to enjoy such things, so I opted for a Coors Light at the same price. (Wish it had been a PBR instead but ah well.) The waitress brought me a sizable basket of tortilla chips, along with dishes of decent salsa and some rather tasty refried beans, and I ordered what seems to be the only happy hour-based entree: the standard burrito, served with a broiled onion and broiled jalapeño. I opted for chicken as my protein. I'll be honest: I expected to receive a smallish burrito that would be mostly rice and beans. What I got was a sizable entree with a generous portion of chicken, served wrapped in foil and paper and weighing in at about a pound and a half. It was very, very tasty and I probably should have taken half of it home - but I just sat there and ate it all, including the onion. It really was just that good. I could have opted for sour cream or guacamole on the side, but they would have cost extra and I didn't really need them. The total bill for this feast? $10.71, including tax . I tipped my waitperson a five spot, because 20% of ten bucks seemed too little to leave on the table. I then proceeded to waddle out of the building, thinking that a late afternoon nap inspired by a minor food coma might be rather a good idea. If you're hungry for other standard Mexican fare, the rest of the menu (with many photos) looked good - but, if you're a senior, a shift worker, or just way hungry of an afternoon, you can't do better that this happy hour deal. You can bet that I'll be back, once I've had the chance to digest for a day... or two... or three...

I've been looking forward to trying out this place for awhile after hearing that it was good . I went there with my family around 4:30 pm, it didn't look too busy but we had to wait a few minutes for a booth to be cleared. No problem. It smelled good inside and we were hungry. Once seated, we were given menus and some chips (very good !) and salsa. Music was 80s hits rock blasting. No Mexican music? :-( No queso for the chips is available by the way unless you order it as a $13 appetizer. No one took our drink order or came over for about 10 min, it felt like forever since the chips were salty and we were thirsty. A server finally appeared and took our order, she was friendly and took the order accurately. Food arrived fairly soon after , maybe 15 minutes , it was flavorful but not hot , even though we were told to be careful because plates were hot . My quesadilla for example had cooled completely. Then the server disappeared and didn't check back on us to see if we were enjoying the food or needed anything, never asked to refill our drinks ($4.00 for a Diet Coke and no refill ?!) . I think they might have given her another section to take care of, but still. We had to wait around and ask for the bill. When we were finished a man rolled by with a liquor beverage cart and said loudly and phony friendly "Hola! Do you want any alcohol ?? " And we said no thank you,, and he paused was kinda like unspoken ok go f yourself, and immediately moved on to the next table and loudly said "Hola!! Do you want any alcohol. ? " And on and on .... So that was a bit odd, sort of funny, but whatever. The food was tasty , enjoyed what I got despite it being barely warm , I might be back for a takeout order , but I think I'll try the another University place location. The place seemed fairly clean in the dining area , who knows what the kitchen is like I guess. I noticed that the health dept food rating sign said "We're still New". So no rating...although I'm guessing they've been there for at least a year, right ?

It would be nice to be able to see the menu, without having to download the app. The website is horrible. The food was good and service was great. I just wanted to see the menu before going there but that isn't possible.

the food was great but they were to slow. I worked in restaurants when I was a kid I have eaten in restaurants my entire life I'm not being too picky. I understand what the job entails and I know it's a tough job but these guys were I hate to say it ridiculously slow I'm sorry we're having to say that.
