I dined in with my family and we were sat. It took 25 minutes for someone to come to order our drinks, it toke 15 minutes to get our drinks. The waitress did not ask if we needed chips and we had to ask for refills. We ordered our food and it toke over 40 minutes to get our food. It was cold as if it was reheated. As we were leaving, the hosts gave us a rude look. They need to be more professional. Never been to restaurant like this. We did not have a great experience with this restaurant and we won’t be coming back.

I had heard of this place from a friend and decided I should test it out. From the SECOND that you walk in, you are transported into somewhere else entirely! It was truly an experience, the interior was decorated almost like a colonial setting(?) It was not what I was expecting in the best way possible!We were immediately greeted and seated by an employee, ordered, waited around 30 minutes and were SHOCKED by the food portions! I knew that the food was costly, and unknowingly ordered a lot, but I loved every bite, it is definitely worth the price. I don’t know what I was expecting but this certainly surprised me in a wonderful way!I would recommend going here for a nice outing however, be warned it is a little pricey, you have to pay 20% (if I remember correctly) if you have a party of 5 or more, otherwise, truly great!Kid-friendliness: Very accessible! High chairs etc.
We had a wonderful dining experience here last Saturday. The food was absolutely delicious!! Brenda was our server, and she was so nice and delightful! She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so welcome. We also met Cornelio, one of the owners, and he too was a pleasure to meet and also made sure our visit was great. We loved the Mexican cultural atmosphere and the architecture of the place. All in all, we had a fantastic time, and we highly recommend this place. Cheers!

I am not so happy with my service & food. I asked for camarones blancos and they gave me mostly rice and I had to dig for the 5 shrimp. The service was bad that I received from Oralia, I wasn’t asked for refills or for additional dishes AT ALL, she was already picking up my plates when I wanted a to go box. On top of that the gratitude was 20% from my bill which is fine but for that I should have received excellent service or the restaurant needs to pay better since I only tip for the service and they still have the audacity to ask for a tip which my bill already had gratitude chosen 25$ for 2 people on gratitude is beyond crazyyy!!!! I honestly am so disappointed overall, I used to come to this restaurant for family reunions, birthdays etccc but it’s off the list for me.
