I tell you what I tried Buddys this past weekend and I was blown away.the food tasted so good. I ate the waffle I had with no syrup! ( i always have syrup).and don't get me started on the perfectly fried and seasoned chicken tenders this man knows what he's doing.I'm very picky about food and new places being that I work in the catering industry but I'd give the food and service a 10 out of 10. I'm patiently waiting for buddys dine in to open!

Was my first time going, so I didn't tip, which I greatly regret. Grabbed the cinnamon toast crunch waffle and hot wings instead of original. Waffle was great, fluffy and buttery. As for the chicken, you wanna talk tender and juicy, this was it. I could eat it with the plastic utensils they hand you effortlessly. I love spicy foods so the chicken could've been a lil hotter. Other than that and it's not "officially" open (not ready for dine in yet) so you can only order online. The service is prompt and ready when the message says it is for pickup. Last but most certainly not least, the food is halal, so please bring your Muslim friends to try it too. I assure you no one will regret it.

I live in Marysville, WA ( I do not have a kitchen where I live) and no resturant seasons anything in Everett/ Marysville. The chicken at Buddy's is kissed with salt baby, alongside herbs and spices, coupled with that honey mustard(tasty). The waffle was even better, red velvet "ain't" ever tasted so good. I ate there ( in my car, no inside seating) and got a plate to go, also. Thank you, I will be back.

I don’t generally leave reviews but I’m currently placing a second order in just a week, I think this place definitely deserves a review at this point!I was worried this place would be over hyped but the taste of the food says otherwise. The size of the tenders alone makes me feel like this place is worth it, the waffles are soooo tasty too! They’re crisp on the outside but fluffy inside, I don’t know if he has his own waffle mix or what but they’re that good!I personally love the original recipe but the Hot AF is great for spicy lovers like my partner! It’s a type of spice that builds as you eat and it sneaks up on you.The atmosphere is only a 3 star because I can’t wait for him to be able to open up his dine in location! Right now it’s two canopy tents but those tents hold all the love and flavor so I really can’t wait to see what comes when the real location opens!If I had photos to post I would but our plates are empty. ?

We had two orders of the chicken and fries. Highly recommend the homemade ranch! They were absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned! Order ahead of time. They are pretty accurate on estimated order ready time. Don't hesitate because it's so yummy They sell out!
This was my first experience at Buddy's after following him for quite some time on IG. I was so excited to finally try the chicken and see if it’s worth the hype. I got the hot chicken tenders, fries, buddy sauce, and ranch. All I can say is WOW! As someone from the south that’s ate plenty of Nashville hot chicken throughout my life, I can say this is the real deal. It’s a solid 10/10. It’s like a little piece of home right here in Tacoma. The best part is that it’s in my neighborhood I can’t even imagine the waffles, will be my next order!! Thanks Buddy! You ROCK ?

4 of us ordered and ate, 3 of us liked it. 1 of us didn't have an opinion. The wait was long as they're operating as a pop up and not a full kitchen so patrons be ready to wait. I watched Lisa work the whole time she was holding it down considering their limited operation. Lemonade was good.
Tried Buddy’s for the first time today and I am beyond impressed! The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the banana crème pie waffle was delicious. Can’t wait for this place to open up for dine in!
