Great food good people but I've never had an order come with everything I ordered and now I'm really annoyed I'm paying so much to not have my food correct and can't drive back. 30 bucks 2 burgers 1 fry that was supposed to be a meal that had fries and a burger and fries also ordered separately.

At 1740 today, 03/15/2024, I went through the drive through of burger King #4432. I ordered 1 whopper with no tomatoes, 1 whopper, and 1 Hershey sundae pie.The drive through person quoted me $19.82 and then I handed her my card. My total was $20 because she donated my change without my authorization or consent. This irritated me, but it is only 18 cents, and I do not plan to return ever again.When I got home and opened my food bags they had placed tomatoes on both burgers.So not only did they steal from me, yes they stole from me, they also did not even listen and make the proper food as ordered.The only good thing about this fast food was literally that it was fast. The rest of the experience was abysmal.I urge every customer to check your receipts. 18 cents isn't much from one person, but rounding up every transaction will earn them a lot of money. This is very poor business and you have lost a long time customer today.*yes, my dashcam recorded the entire verbal communication*

I normally don’t give bad reviews unless it’s necessary and in this case it’s necessary. I work nearby for years now, and I have discontinued going to lunch at Burger King and so has most the employees that I work with because Burger King is severely understaffed during lunch hour, and sometimes the drive through line wraps around the building and out the parking lot, and you will be sitting for up to 45 minutes in line..orrrrrrrr….I’m sure that you’ve also noticed that there will be no one in line and you’ll pull up to the drive-through window and you won’t get any service for five minutes or so before somebody finally acknowledges your presence, and not in a friendly way. Just a heads up.

Don’t go there. Went there and they said they didn’t have any more fries, nor onion rings. Another time waited 30 minutes for a burger. They have the worst service ever.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! I came in via drive thru on 01/15/2024 and ordered 2 cheesy bites and a large fry. Somehow my order came to me smelling AWFUL!! Like garbage. I don’t know if they haven’t cleaned their kitchen, their oil, or what? All I know is it smelled too sketchy to eat. I called the next day on 01/16/2024 because I have a babygirl I have to take care of, and the guy told me they would refund me as long as I had the food and the expeditor ticket that was in the bag. They never gave me a receipt. I couldn’t come back until 01/18/2024 because my babygirl got really sick so when I came back on the 18th the lady there working at night told me that she couldn’t refund me and that I’d have to come back the next day to talk to her manager.I came back on 01/19/2024 (which for me is today) and they told me that they wouldn’t refund me. I told them I was told they would refund me as long as I still had the food and the expeditor ticket because they never gave me the receipt. The girl had to call her manager and wa speaking with her on the phone while speaking to me in the drive thru. She was about to go ahead and give me the refund but I didn’t have the receipt because they never gave it to me. So she said “ma’am I cannot give you a refund then. If you don’t have your receipt theirs nothing I can do.” I explained how I was told otherwise and she told me that “that doesn’t matter”.Very improper business protocols here! Very awful customer service! And very unclean restaurant. Someone should come by and check their kitchen and building to make sure it’s up to code because the food didn’t smell normal. I ended up going to another Burger King in North Tacoma to make sure I wasn’t smelling things & ordered the exact same food & that food came back smelling normal, exactly how it’s supposed to smell. I’ve never had this issue with a fast food restaurant not refunding me for THEIR mistake! That’s ridiculous! Granted it was only $11.88 but still, it’s the disservice that’s the issue.It wouldn’t have been as big of a deal if they told me from the get they couldn’t refund me. But to tell me they would on the phone and then to drive all the way over here and have them tell me they won’t in person, TWO TIMES, was a waste of my time and gas. So ridiculous.
