Ordering through DoorDash was a nightmare. I had to call twice to find out why a particular item wasn’t available. Then after I was finally able to place my order, my Dasher had to call me because some of the options weren’t listed in the item I picked, and she needed to know which particular ones I wanted. Their DoorDash menu is very sparse and does not include everything that they have. Whoever the owner/manager is, is very disorganized/lazy and doesn’t even know what their menu looks like on DoorDash. The treats are good but I don’t think I will be ordering from them again.

I tried Cookie Dough delight on a suggestion from DoorDash while placing a dinner order. I’d never heard of them, but I enjoy a good artisanal ice cream and the flavors sounded good. I selected two flavors, berry cheesecake dough and mint chip. I sent a message to my delivery driver telling him I know that a lot of them hate ice cream orders, but not to worry because I wouldn’t complain if it was a little melted. I laughed to myself about that when I took a bite, because this stuff wasn’t going to melt - due to the fact that IT’S NOT ICE CREAM!I’ve had cookie dough ice cream, and, while its novelty wore off for me many years ago, it’s still good. I thought I was getting something similar with the berry cheesecake dough flavor scoop, and then a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream. They were both dough! No ice, no cream, just 2 big scoops of dough. Don’t get me wrong, I like a bite or 2 of the dough when I’m baking cookies, but I don’t want to eat big scoops of it.Maybe it’s well known that this place sells dough and not ice cream and I’m the last to find out, but it was presented to me as ice ream, so ice cream is what I was expecting. I think my 3 star rating is generous, but I don’t want to trash a business for doing something different. If I’d knowingly ordered 2 scoops of dough, I guess I might have been happy with I got. As it is though, my wife, my 9 yr old, my 6 yr old, and myself, couldn’t finish the cup together and opted for the cheap little sundae cups with the little wooden spoons and paper lids we had in the freezer for our dessert instead.

It was a cute little shop and the service was great! Overall the dough was very good just wish there was more texture like chocolate chips!

Oh my gosh. Nastiest things I ever bought. Took 4 kids and they were HIGHLY dissatisfied. Never took kids to get treats and they were upset. Only 1 kid liked it and he only ate like 3 bites then said it was not good. It was room temp cookie dough that wasn't even good. We got mint chocolate chip, chocolate chip, cookie dough flavored cookie dough, vegan snickerdoodle and vegan peanut butter oreo. Trash. Threw it all away. Would be happy to get my $50 I paid for 4 double scoop garbage back. I'm sorry to be so honest but really just so dissapointing. Everything was warm and I tried each kids cone... the server was really nice, just were there for over an hour waiting with 6 people in front of us and all the kids were so excited then to have that dissapointment was... a terrible way to end the evening.

There is nothing more when I go to new a place and wish I could give it 6 stars ???What a fun concept and good flavors. MOST OF ALL WAS THE GREAT SERVICE. I didn’t catch her name but the blue haired girl was so sweet, polite, and helpful. I can’t wait to come and bring my niece and nephew next time ?

When I came in there was no workers anywhere in sight, they didn’t know what products they actually had before trying to charge me, they lied about the price and charged me more after the fact and refused to give me a refund. Workers were extremely rude had absolutely no good customer service. Will not go to this place again.

A fun place for a sweet treat. They serve up big scoops of cookie dough or ice cream. They have pie and other treats in the fridge. It’s a nice place to hang out for a little indulgence. The cookie dough has a softer texture than you might expect. It’s almost as smooth as ice cream.Pro tip: the cookie dough pairs well with ice cream. I highly recommend getting a scoop of ice cream + a scoop of cookie dough because it’s like having milk & cookies. If you can’t do a full scoop of each, they also offer a half scoop size if you ask.

Loved coming here, however $11 for 3 SMALL (use to be big) scoops is ridiculous! Still was expensive for large scoops but didn't mind as much. Will NOT be going back!

Not the greatest but not the worst experience either. Tried this place out because the gelato place down the road is closed for winter break. Not a fan of ice cream that has an icy texture and the cookie dough is a nice idea but after awhile eating it, it really wasnt worth it or the price. If you love cookie dough so much youll eat a small bowl of it, this place is for you.

I LOVE cookie dough. And I love cookies. But I have never been to a place that sells cookie dough. I got a few free samples and instantly noticed how little texture and how soft the dough was. I was not impressed. I settled for Oreo and Monster flavor and was really surprised that it was not good. It was room temperature and soft like whipped frosting. They had Reese’s pieces in the “Monster” flavor but I could barely tell they were in there. It was mostly dough with no real chunks of anything. My recommendation to the owner: double, no maybe triple the chunks of stuff in your recipes. It will give it flavor and texture. Also, consider chilling the dough. Not frozen like ice cream and not room temperature. But like it’s been in the refrigerator and slightly chilled. I think they could also add a level of “freshness” to a dessert that may turn people off if consumed at room temp (they may wonder how long has this been sitting out).Sorry to rate this poorly. I was really hoping for something great. But this was really bad

The place was pretty cute & the workers were nice. The cookie dough is tasty, I decided to do a milk shake and sadly after a few sips it was sickeningly sweet. My husband didn’t even finish his. If I go again, I’d only get the cookie dough.
