THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. The girls are so amazing and nice! They have so many drink options from smoothies, protein shakes, coffee, energy drinks including lotus energy, Italian sodas, and more. They have the biggest selection of syrups then any place I’ve ever been too including sugar free syrup. They do have a big selection of sugar free drinks too. And they have bomb snacks as well! You won’t be unsatisfied coming here and I totally 100% recommend.

The line at Bigfoot Java was pretty long so I decided I'd try out crystals which is right around the corner that was a big mistake because my coffee was not tasty I ordered a caramel vanilla latte. I got an Americano that tasted like it was made with Folgers coffee there is hardly any flavor to it & my ice coffee wasn't even cold. I don't think I'll be coming back here for coffee. Maybe a flavored energy drink because those are hard to mess up.

Driving home from Puyallup, pulled off the road for a cuppa. The latte was well made and priced, staff friendly. The drive thru went quickly so little waiting. All-in-all, a good experience. Not a unique experience but steady, reliable coffee stop.
I normally come here in the afternoon and never have had a complaint...but I showed up in the morning and waited for almost 25 mins for my order to be taken... the lady was unable to take more than one drink order at a time.and the was not timely at that either... She did not greet us as we pulled up at all... this was just a disappointing experience....

The 1 star is only for today Saturday June 26th. I have been a frequent customer here everyday usually when I get off work. I have never seen this girl before but she has the worst customer service skill ever. I order my drink and she asked me a 2nd time and I repeated myself. You would think 3rd time would be a charm but it wasnt. After the 4th time she she fills the cup almost all the way to the top leaving room for about 4 ice cubes, puts the top on and tries to hand it to me I say how about the whip cream? It had the lid on for whip cream so... she puts the whip cream in and gives me the warm coffee. I say to her You must be new here. She responds in a passed off voice Excuse me I have worked here for over a year thank you very much. How Flippin rude. I won't come here on a Saturday again. I give Crystal and the other gals 5 stars as they are so nice and make great coffee but this Saturday girl was horrible and so was her drink.
