I came in like 4 am, was standing at the counter to be seated for literally 5 minutes, and the waitress was just chit chatting at another table but saw me, made eye contact and then was annoyed when she had to greet me and was out the gate "I can't even put anything in for like 20 minutes because our system is updating" like I was somehow supposed to know that already, and I just left.

Whoever answered my called this morning had really poor customer service skills. I've been sick and decided to door dash breakfast for the kids this morning. My son has an egg allergy. He can eat foods with eggs in it but he can't eat eggs by themself. I wanted to order their grand slam family bundle and decided I better put in a special request that they package the eggs by themselves just in case. I couldn't though because it said their restaurant wasn't allowing special requests that you needed to call and ask about their menu. So I called and asked how they would package the meal, he sounded a bit confused as why I would ask this question so I explained my son has an egg allergy. He's response "Then...don't order a meal with eggs then?" I then told him that I know how to order my son's food and that there was no way of providing special instructions on door dash that it said to call so I did. He argued that many people provide special instructions but don't know why I can't. I then tell him "okay thanks have a good day" and he says "I'm sorry about that I can look into for you" and I hear holding music so I wait.. he gets back on the phone and does his whole thanks for calling hosmer Denny's bit. If he intended to hang up he did not.
Service was fast even on a Saturday morning. Restaurant & rest room were clean. Waitress was attentive.Food was tasty & hot. We will definitely go back to this

It's a Dennys, they all look the same and all the food is the same. This place has great employees. The waitress was very attentive and our food was cooked perfectly. Really that's what made this place stand out.

I order late after work serving and bartending for delivery. Missing items, missing ingredients, big chunk of avocado in a sandwich but not sliced, no sauces on sandwiches or burger, undercooked onion rings and fries. They are limp. Doordash will not always refund much at all. I paid for what you have on the app so please get it together.
Just glad to find a 24 hour Diner in Tacoma .
