Terribly dated and unprofessional 20th century business model. Poor customer service, public relations, operationally flawed, prejudice & blatantly untrained security, and nonexistent management. This establishment is in dire need of a business consult and marketing budget but that budget would go to waste because the customer experience is so bad and to make things worse the price of the drinks is basically robbery considering how bad of a time it is. Generously giving two stars because the djs are dope, the tacos are good, and the bartender is friendly anything more than two stars would be nothing but a lie. This is a bar that's using a saturated unoriginal decades old concept only to get harassed by unprofessional and sloppy security and get charged a door fee and charge premium for average drinks. There's obviously no clear customer relations management protocols and it's a shame hopefully a business can get in this space and actually execute an innovative business concept with actual management & leadership and real security rather than this sinking ship that's likely filing business expenses more than it's dropping bank deposits.

The WORST experience of my life. I'll say it again for the people in the back, WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I came last weekend. Owner does not seem like a good man or ethical. I will never come back or recommend to friends. I felt very unsafe. Management does not seem to care about customers.

Speaking on the absolutely insane bill that my friend got for the 3 SINGLE tequila shots we ordered, 2 SINGLE Jack Daniels and 1 mixed drink.. $172.00!!! Not once did she say anything about Doubles and the drinks were disgusting and obviously not Jack daniels.. Not only that but because we had taken them before he gave her the bill, there was no way to give them back. Every time I've tried to call there is no answer or way to leave a voicemail.

We drove from Bothell and it was totally worth it. My wife and I had a really great time. The food was delicious and we had a few drinks. We danced for almost 2 hours... we had a blast! Definitely coming back.

Employees were very helpful and kind but most of them were NOT wearing masks. They were not enforcing masks which was disappointing. Music was to loud to hear myself think or speak so we didn't stay. The fries were really yummy too.

I love love vibing in this club.. I like the fact that they follow safety measures, it's big so you can dance wherever.. multiple VIP spaces for birthdays or friends gathering.. I recommend this place for all your fun times???❤
