Absolutely sweethearts work here. Keep up those friendly faces and attitudes, it makes it worth the drive. Plus hands down, the Interstellar & Hyperspace drinks are amazing! Highly recommend!

Just to give you an update on my Gravity Coffee experience I wanted to use my gift card up a few weeks later and went to the 72nd St. location in Tacoma and the barista asked me how my day was and I said fine. I just want to use up my gift card because I'm probably never gonna come back here because of my past experience and she asked what happened so I explained to the barista.... she talked to her assistant manager that was there with her at the time they apologize to me for having bad customer service from the company and actually gave me two free drinks to make up for it! Now That's Customer Service and that made my day! They actually saved me as a customer!

it's difficult to put a star on not only that, but this comment is to the corporation incorporation only if you're out of something, how are you gonna charge your customers extra to replace a substance that you don't even have that doesn't make sense so to the corporation you guys are doing a shitty job all your stands doesn't have ice cream base on top of that nobody tells anybody that you're gonna charge them extra to replace the ice cream base that everybody loves that right there does not make sense do a better job or stop overcharging your customers for something that you can't get this happens again I stop going cause I don't got extra money to be paying for extra things that you don't have

Gravity Coffee is the best espresso stand in town. The baristas are friendly and efficient. The espresso is my favorite.

3 times out 3 stopping for a peanut butter protein only to be “out” of peanut butter. Guessing it’s a supply chain issue? Very shelf stable item to run out of. Could it be a best seller if peanut butter wasn’t out? Since that’s all I wanted the result was a lost sale for GC. Which would be completely invisible w/o a review.
Detriment to the area. The entitled people waiting for coffee here block the entrances to the parking lot and sit out blocking the drive and REFUSE TO MOVE so people can't get through. You waiting for coffee doesn't mean you get to block roadways. Illegal and the staff at Gravity do nothing about it. I hope the place goes out of business for all the stress it and disrespect it causes with it's customers and lack of effort to do something about it.

I am loyal GC customer, but today I stopped and got 4 drinks asked for an extra cup of ice and was told no. Very disappointed
