They used to be really awesome little spot, now the blonde cashier has an attitude and is super rude. Menu doesn't match DoorDash menu so when I am explaining to her the sandwich I want she cuts me off and says oh okay I know what you want and then I get there and it's the wrong sandwich and she has an absolute attitude about the fact that "I" ordered the wrong sandwich even though I attempted to order the correct sandwich but she cut me off because she couldn't be bothered to have customer service skills today. absolutely Can't believe how rude she was. Got to say the chef tried to make amends though and he did a great job with his customer service today... So edit to previous review used to "love this little spot so much. Great food, awesome environment, cool spot...." Food is still good, but service sucks now for sure...

Passing through Tacoma on the way home to Vancouver. I cannot say enough good things about this spot.Healthy food, relaxing spot and Bus, who served us, could not be nicer. Had protein oats, boiled eggs and the masala chai. My son had toasted bagel and the Homer donut. My son tried my oatmeal and loved it, he almost ate it all.You must visit this spot, you will not be disappointed!!! Thanks to Bus for the wonderful service and for being so friendly. Will def stop by again.

I had a spectacular sausage and egg on an English muffin, the best part was the herbiness that was applied every so wonderfully! It was a Hit for me, it was my Birthday and my friend girl paid, it was so delicious ?, I ordered another one and ate it as well!! Unique! Authentic! I purchased a juice on my way to work. After paying my keychain was caught on the chipped counter and the juice split everywhere. I was running late for work and left. I called to request if I can still pick up a new juice. The owner was really rude and said that it took her employee 30 minutes to clean the juice and could not offer a new juice. This interaction left a really bad impression. I would recommend going else where.

Posting as a Uber driver, was treated very rudely by employee, only because she was busy and I, somehow there to pickup a delivery order, was an inconvenience to her. I wasn’t trying to rush, only trying to ask if she needed the ticket number from me. I was polite and kind to her, only to have her snap at me and be rude to me. I left as they were going to have me wait for the order to come back from the wrong driver. I canceled my order as 5$ is not worth it enough to be treated poorly. Thanks for making my day happy belly, so glad your day is going so horrible you have to treat others unkindly.

We ordered a green machine smoothie, kombucha and two salmon bagels. The smoothie came out very flavorless and the kombucha was warm. Salmon bagels had so much apple cider vinegar in them that it wasn’t enjoyable and I couldn’t taste anything but vinegar. I asked the staff member to send one of them back for refund. I assume owner came out and asked about problem and I told her too much vinegar. She goes on to say it’s their highest selling item and that it must be preference and that they list all ingredients on their menu items. I don’t mind Apple cider vinegar but when that’s all I can taste, I would prefer to just go buy a bottle of it at the store and drink it. Owner or manager (whoever she was lol) was super passive aggressive. I’m sorry but your food and drinks just aren’t good.
