I was there in January 2024, was trying to buy a cup as a souvenir for a family member. I live in CA, was just visiting. The employee seemed annoyed that I approached the window to buy something, his face said everything. Then when I asked for the cup, he minimally tried to look for what I asked but didn't really tried and said there were no more only the display, I got the display but he didn't even offer a discount for being a display nor did he seemed eager to keep helping. I understand they might've been overwhelmed with their line, but if they have a window for ordering they shouldn't get annoyed or upset when someone gets there, secondly he should have at least actually tried to look for a new cup and third, because of his attitude plus the fact it was a display a discount should have been applied. I did send big java a feedback from which I never received a response.Parking: Parking is available it's in a shopping center but employees seemed annoyed when you go to the window instead of making line as a drive thru.

The Employees there are very outgoing friendly and enjoyable to talk with, They make the drinks very great , there willing to fix it the way you want it as well... Definitely 5 out of 5 love BigFoot Java.
love that it’s open 24hrs. baristas are nice. i always just get a redbull spritzer which is hard to mess up but i mean still its delicious. definitely recommend for any hour of the day.

First time at this drive through kiosk, but I have been to others in the Kent area. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and was relatively easy. I like how they hand you the machine to charge your card and leave any comments before you hand it back. The server was very fast and efficient with the latte. I would return back to BigFoot Java in the near future.
