That was third time and my husband second time going there this time my husband food was hot my food was cold in the middle the cheese and meat was not cooked all the way lost of interest won't go there again

I’m gone be honest I haven't lived in Tacoma since 2019. But this place was she beat American that I’ve ever eaten between 2017-2019. That roast beef and mash potatoes taste better that your Nana and Papa's. So please support your local restaurant. Just FYI I’m not a Tacoma local. I’m from Bama if that says anything.

If you enjoy diners, you'll love Homestead, a legit old school diner that leans into a country vibe. The restaurant looks like an old barn and it is dark inside with cozy booths.I had the meatloaf on my latest visit and it was excellent: flavorful but not too salty, tender, a large portion with excellent mashed potatoes and gravy.Baked goods, including bread and pies, are made on premises and are delish. They make Indian fry bread and different dishes with it ...I definitely have that on my to do list.The waitresses are fast and efficient. They chat with the regulars and know what they want.There's a large parking lot making it easy to visit. Located across from the B&I.

Great food, wonderful lady served breakfast and pleasant place to visit with friends.
Good food, best service. The corned beef hash has some gristle, but definitely not from a can. Potatoes could've been fried a bit. But hashbrowns were perfection, and so were the eggs. The omelet was putting off a pizza vibe but perfect. Will eat there again and try the club!!

Food is always good. Have been a couple times with no complaints, this last time we went we were sat in what I think was the banquet room and it was... interesting. Our table was wobbly, like lean on it wrong and spill your coffee wobbly. One of the chairs was a metal chair that sits leaning back so far, it's just uncomfortable.The shelves with decor were the worst part- you are eye level with a dusty shelf with jars of old dried beans and rice. Just not appetizing. Pretty clear they don't use this table often, just made this experience not the best.
