While the food was good, the cashier was high, had no idea what was on the menu - he actually asked where is that on the menu and then was still confused it was there - and then I walked back up to the counter to ask for some sauce and order a milkshake and stood there for 5 minutes when the cashier never came back and the girl in the back sat on her phone in full view. We made eye contact - twice - and she just went back to her phone.The drink machine was bubbling and flooding on the floor.Finally, the whole place smelled like a bathroom and the actual bathroom was disgusting. There is a sign in the bathroom stating they check the bathroom hourly. It’s a lie.

Just tried ordering food at the drive-through at2:45 AM in the morning on my way to the airport. They refused to take my order because they’re only taking DoorDash orders at the time. What difference does it make? Don’t you want my money? I’m literally the only person in line ordering at this time. Such lazy service!

The sign says closes at 10pm. It's 930 pm we pull up to the drive thru and they tell us that they are closed for the night. But they still had the open sign turned on.

I ordered ahead on the Jack in the Box App. My order was hot, accurate and ready when I arrived. A+ to the staff. Also, I used my points and added an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger to my meal for free! Thanks Jack!
