Come to this location 3 times a week. Today ordered online as I do all the time. Stood in line, told them I had an online order. A tall curly haired guy told me my sandwich was being made, had waited 20 minutes for him to make sandwiches for people that were in line ahead of me when I order before them online 20 minutes prior. Was late for work.

Avoid delivery, as there are never any drivers working at this location, and the mobile app won't inform you that delivery isn't available. You might get a call an hour later telling you there are no drivers. This location is basically dine-in/pick-up only.

Freaky Fast? My last order took 50 minutes to be delivered. The website will show delivered but you still have to wait 30 more minutes. The food is good but for a delivery order 1.1 miles away, it's faster to walk there and back than it is to get the food delivered (minus the mustard packets). Not happy.

Sandwich place that assumes your toppings.Ordered a giant turkey sandwich and wasn't asked what I wanted on it. They just threw some lettuce, tomato, and mayo on it. Had to have them take the tomato off, add pickle, and extra pickle. I still only got the normal amount of pickle. Then the giant wasn't cut in 4s nor was I asked.In response to the "owner's" response below:The last thing I will do is click a shortened URL that could take me to an unsafe location. I'm in cybersecurity. I will be reporting your account because of that possibly dangerous link as well. This is not trustworthy.

I have to agree with most of the other comments.Worst Jimmy's I have ever been too.4 employees working. No one greeted me. I felt awkward even being there. That was the vibe. I placed my order and tipped.Well, they made the wrong sandwich, which thankfully I caught before leaving. Then the correct sandwich wasn't even made right. $14.00 for one sandwich - I'll pass.

I order a meal for my lunch break (sandwich, side & drink) ONLY sandwich and side delivered. I don’t think the delivery guy thought I would be waiting for him as we have a dedicated delivery spot at my work to drop the food off. So he handed me my bag and I was like Where is my drink???? He states ummmmm uhhhhhhh I forgot it, I’ll go back and get it and be right back. He proceeds to race out of our parking lot so I thought he may actually keep his word and come back because the restaurant is literally 4 minutes away!!!!!!! But no!!!! I had to go after to work and let them know their delivery guy forgot my drink. Really I think he drank it because it was really hot yesterday and like I said was not expecting me to be waiting on him. I will say the employees at the restaurant when I went in the get my drink were very pleasant.

ordered online, got me email confirmation and everything, waited over an hour and the tracker stayed at “received order” and just NOTHING…waited a bit longer, gave them the benefit of the doubt since it is Friday and probably busy, called the phone number to check the status, the lady whom answered was polite but told me the phone number I called was not for the location I ordered from. Can’t even cancel my order online. Can’t call to cancel. Can’t exactly leave work to go cancel in person.

Sitting in the parking lot as I am leaving my review at 4:38pm on 7/19/2023.As soon as i walked in it was NOT a welcoming environment. Was met with multiple stares from multiple employees instead of being greeted. There was a younger black girl who was taking our order who had an attitude as she was slamming her fingers on the computer while we were ordering.After placing my order I went to sit down, i sat down for twenty minutes waiting for my order to be placed which was only two sandwiches and a pickle. I then saw another customer come in order and get her sandwich within five minutes. This had me curious as i had been waiting for 20 minutes. Little did I know my order had been sitting because no one had mentioned it was ready they were too busy talking and giggling with each other. My food sitting waiting is what prompted me to write this review as it makes absolutely no sense why there was no communication. Hoping every worker in this establishment this day during this shift (besides the cute young black girl who was restocking chips) gets a warning about their customer service because this is unacceptable.

The younger African American female that took my order with short hair bout ruined my day with her attitude. Slapping her fingers on the computer an rolling her eyes after each of us ordered. I don't like going to work either but this woman was straight up acting like I was forcing her to take my order. No "have a nice day" or anything. She just snatched the recipt, handed it to the one making the sandwich an walked away once my order was done. It was almost comical. The woman making the sandwich was actually decent, she still forgot the sauce but at least she apologized and offered to remake the sandwich. It's a shame honestly, we tip a lot because we both work service am like to pay it forward.. we needed to break a 50 an planned on giving at least 20 of it into the tip pot. We didn't even bother to ask to break it because we knew the one taking the order would just throw a tantrum about it. She ruined my sandwich craving and I hope she has wet socks for the rest of the day for it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT IT DELIVERED. I made the mistake of trying to order delivery from this specific Jimmy John's multiple times. The last SEVEN TIMES I tried ordering delivery (yes I know I should've learned but I love JJ's so I had hope), they've called me saying they don't have anyone to deliver the food. This last time around I saw that they're on Uber Eats so I ordered off Uber Eats thinking an Uber Eats driver would deliver it. I was wrong. A Jimmy John's employee called me and said I had to cancel my order because they didn't have a driver. He explained that although they're on Uber Eats, they still use their own employee's to deliver....... That's pretty stupid in my opinion but okay. When I cancelled my order, Uber Eats still charged me $22 because I, "cancelled the order when it was already being prepared". Getting a refund was the biggest hassle. I understand staffing may be short but this has been an issue for the last couple months and on different days of the week. This Jimmy John's location is the absolute worst.
