I won't ever be back. Typical Sunday not too packed asked for my order for here they gave it to me to go had to wait for my shake and check the fries and they were cold asked if I could get warm fries and some ketchup and they said they were backed up. Got home to have my Smitty burger and I don't know how many hours it had been sitting when I got it but it was cold ? should I grab my $3 tip back.

Food is typical fast food. The milkshakes are awesome. *However* thanks to one staff member I won't be back. I've never heard someone speak to customers like this person did. Yes, it was late, but there was no reason to be rude when speaking to customers. I won't even get into the other stuff this person said while I was there. Incredibly concerning this person seemed to be in charge. I will definitely choose a different place next time!!

Tasty food, tasty prices, soft serve ice cream, 5/5. The atmosphere can get really annoying with all the high school kids- AVOID at lunch on weekdays or after school. There was some kind of drama, a food fight or some kind of scene with yelling shouting etc with the obnoxious teenagers. Otherwise quite excellent.

The girl working the register last night was nice and the milkshake was good but, the burger was soggy and lettuce was brown and the tomato old and mushy. The worst part was the rat we saw running behind the counter which made me glad i didn't finish the burger.

Haven't been here since 1986-88 when I was a kid, we lived right behind Jubilee & went there all the time, me and my 3 brothers. Is there any workers that use to work there back in the 80's that are still there? Loved the ice
I was eating there one late night and noticed a fucking rat running across the floor. I am sick to my stomach, I was throwing up all night when I got home. Stay away from this place!!!!!

This place is an absolute bad place to eat. An employee was yelling at a customer and they for some reason yelled at the guy. Then on top of that one of the employees threatened to shoot him. This is not how a business is supposed to be ran.

Burger was nasty old lettuce on it, fries were literally cold tasted like they were microwaved. I'm not a hater either I eat at the trailer off of portland at least twice a month. I literally should be a damn spokesman for Jubilees with how many people i tell about them. Just thought the owner should know. This is 6 at night on 2-29-2024. WONT BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION FORSURE.

Just a good, unfancy or uncomplicated burger place. Had a good burger, nice fries. Losing the 1 star bc there's a real lack of menu variety; only things available are a hamburger, a cheeseburger (so just the hamburger with another ingredient), a hotdog, or chilli. No bacon, bbq sauce, peppers, chicken, condiments ect. Restaurant was clean.
