The pizza is a good value but I find it disappointing a business won't take care of their employees and provide AC. With those windows it gets stupid warm on a mild day, yesterday was low seventies and it was uncomfortably warm when I grabbed my pie. I've been in there on hotter days and it's an absolute sauna. I understand controlling costs but not at the expense of the very people's wellbeing who are making you money.

As far as little Ceasars go this one is so nice it's like a mini palace in the middle of a strip mall. There where people all over laughing and having a great time everyone was energetic and happy. Than I realized it was because the coffee place next door it's a little Ceasars cheapest pizza on the planet what do you think it was like?

Very slow. Took over an hour for pizza to be ready. I literally did an online order for this reason, but still made no difference. I seen people come in and do a order inside and got their pizzas before me, and I don’t mean to sound privileged but if I do a pickup order it should be made a head of time and not get started when I walk into the building. So a complete one star for me.

Ordered a special online that comes with Pepsi product but when picking up they said didn't come with I pulled up the special and confirmed it does I put it back. Then got home to realize have the wrong pizza called straight for 2 hours no response so didn't get all was suppose to and wrong pizza will not return to this

I had placed an order online keeping in mind the time, and attempting to use the Little Ceasars Pizza portal for ease of use. The customer service is very poor, they don't actually provide customer service here, just forced interactions. Additionally, the language barrier has proven problematic as while I was waiting for my order, every person that arrived had trouble understanding and communicating to this locations team members. My online order was made incorrectly not once, but twice which was a simple order - a cheese pizza and some crazy bread sticks. If you are looking for a quick meal, please do yourselves a favor and do NOT visit this location. The quality of food you expect from this franchise is absent from this location and myself being a long time customer, this is probably the single worst location I've ever been to hands down. ordered pickup, drove all the way to the store to find out they are closed even though the hours posted on the building and online says they are open. no one inside even while online order tickets were printing off inside. i’ve been on hold to speak about this with a representative but have not gotten a refund or anything sense. very concerned for this location. they never have pizzas ready in time anyways. don’t waste your time here.

I ordered online and they let some take my pizza right before I got there. No offer for a refund, didn't get me my pizza, and they looked at me as if I was the one that messed up. Awful and stupid experience and poor customer service.
