The pizza here used to be good. However, the last few orders have had less toppings and are always cold. It looks like they cook a lot pizza and let them sit until people order them. $15 for an old pizza is not great.Pizza pans are on the floor. Health code?The bread sticks are very old and taste terrible.The manager and owner should be responsible.

Every time we ordered pickup from here, they would 1) be in the back for a long time, making people wait and 2) always forget our sauce that we paid extra for.We just went to the Little Caesars on 72nd and they 1) were there and available to give us our order immediately and 2) remembered the sauce!So yeah, not going back to the Orchard St. store. It's not that much further away for us to get good service.

The location could use a "deep clean and some paint. The deep dish is a winner. The stuffed crust was not fully cooked.Parking can be a bit difficult on Friday and Saturday if you go when the neighboring restaurants have their dinner time traffic.Dietary restrictions: The Deep Dish pizza is soy free.Parking: Plenty of parking, depending on the time and day of the week/end you go.

There’s a lady there that will tell you straight up she isn’t making a different pizza and you have to order from whatever is already made on the rack. And no it wasn’t before close, I went in at 6pm.Don’t waste your time, drive an extra minute somewhere else.

When the reviews say don’t go there BELIEVE THEM! Made an online order husband goes to pick it up the say they have no order under his name or order number. I have to go myself now and they tell me the same thing. Guy at the counter kept looking through my phone at the email which clearly showed the address and what we ordered. His co worker comes up to the counter peaks behind him and there I see the 2 items I ordered. They say something between them and say they still don’t have my order there. I tell him that’s fine because at this point I don’t even want it anymore it’s been sitting there for who knows how long I tell them I’m leaving and walk out. My order was there I saw it. Made me waste my time for nothing.
