I ordered fish and chips, and it was all burnt and hard. It felt like I was biting into either a rock or a piece of charcoal. This was not what I was expecting as I ordered this dish many times before they switched owners. The atmosphere was good but the Spanish lady at the counter yelled at me aggressively when I just told her that I was still checking out what I wanted and then she proceeded to guide me through the menu when I tried to tell her what I wanted.

Been going here on and off over the years . Got our food today . Doesn’t taste the same as it did . All the chicken and meat was burnt and very chewy like cooked too long and masked with sauce . Kung pao chicken is terrible the meat is like rubber … I don’t think I’ll ever have this food there

I ordered lightly spicy chicken teriyaki. The sauce had very good flavor, and the salad dressing was also quite tasty. However, there were a lot of onions, and I'm not a big fan of them. Otherwise, the only other downside was the presentation. I ate in, but received my meal in Styrofoam boxes. It's not a big deal, but it does detract from the "feel" of dining in.Parking: This business is in the Fred Meyer building, with its front door on the Pacific Avenue side....so tons of close by parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Two nearby ramps provide easy access.

Was having a lovely afternoon lunch with my kids and I when we suddenly saw a mouse run across the restaurant. Felt horribly disgusted never again.

I remember going to Lucky teriyaki as a child. And wanted to try it out now that it's under new management. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The food was old, and the rice smelled like and tasted like minute rice. My wife ordered teriyaki and the bulgogi. The beef was a odd color and it was soupy. Our first indication that the food was bad when the lady who took our order was eating chicken strips and fries and not the actual food. We left without barely touching the food and tummy aches. 2 meals was about $40 as well. The restaurant itself is very dirty too. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just save your money and say no to it.

The cashew chicken is delicious! I love that it comes with pineapple and a variety of vegetables. The chicken has a great tender texture. The flavor of the sauce is perfect. Friendly service in a convenient location.

I ordered the Mongolian beef with fried rice and ended up spending about $24.00. Definitely not worth the price for a small portion of mediocre food. I had high hopes with new management but those people are much worse than the nice people that used to own the place.

I really enjoyed being able to order online and then pick it up. Wasn't aware that the Mandarin chicken was hot and spicy. I bit into a piece and was surprised by it being a wing or leg, not boneless. However, it was biting into a chunk of hot pepper that set my tongue on fire. This will not prevent me from ordering again.

They don't have glasses for water. I have never been to a restaurant that doesn't serve water. This by far the worst-case ever. The rice was over cooked, it's all mushy.

Slow but ok food, kids working there have an attitude. Only told us about the half hour wait time after the order. Owners very nice though!

This is the best teriyaki restaurant in town. All my family and friends love this place. I love fried rice and beef teriyaki so much, but everything is so delicious!

They crazy over prize. I ordered 2 medium plates and I payed $36. I won’t recommend this place if you don’t want to over pay. It’s the same portion like in other Teriyaki restaurants.
