Went here around 7 ish pm today I know a lil late but we saw a vid on TikTok and it was very welcoming and inviting so me and the wifey decided to drive there to try some food got there maybe 2 people a head of us picking up food but when I went to order it was like talking to myself the lady just kept walking away and grabbing plates as I ordered finally got the food, salad was kind of stale meatball didn’t really have much flavor but the fries were good and we also got a tray of deviled eggs I wish they were fresh because they were just unappetizing to eat because it was so cold and chalky needles to say we would’ve of came back to try the food again but the service was just very poor and unwelcoming compared to to the sweet lady on TikTok also we were never offered if we wanted to eat there or to go we just got our food in the bags so we just left

Nothing to complain with about the food but Erick the cashier had some of the worst customer service, I’m not a picky person but I’d never been here and wasn’t quite sure how to order I guess due to fault of my own for not reading menu thoroughly but he made me feel like the biggest inconvenience and problem to be served. Me and my husband had ran into this join during the lemay couples night and had a great experience and amazing customer service so we were so excited to stop by and really order…but I’m not quite sure id like to again. Also while checking out the phone rang and he banged his hands on the counter and rolled his eyes then picked up the phone.we came around 6pm today

**Five Stars: A Must-Visit for Meatball Lovers!**My recent visit to Manic Meatballs was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into their cozy establishment in Lakewood, WA, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The menu variety was impressive, catering to all preferences with options ranging from classic beef to innovative vegan, gluten-free meatballs made with Impossible™ meat. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The serving sizes were generous, providing great value for the price. What stood out to me the most, aside from the delicious food, was the exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The option for drive-thru service added a convenient touch for those on the go.Manic Meatballs is not just a restaurant; it's a unique dining experience that brings people together over the love of meatballs. Whether you're a local or just passing through Lakewood, this is a spot you won't want to miss. Highly recommended for a quick lunch, dinner, or even catering for big events. Don't forget to try their vegan option – it's a game-changer!

I used to be a loyal customer with no complaints, My last few visits have consistently resulted in cold and flavorless food, long wait times, wrong orders, poor attitudes, and just an overall poor experience. Not worth the time and money. Visit at your own risk. If you do go, make sure you get what you ordered.

Food was really really good. The mashed potatoes are real potatoes! The applesauce was delicious, chunky, and warm. The cucumber salad was amazing, I can't stop thinking about it. Meatballs were good and exactly what you expect. Oh, and the gravy was better than I ever expected from somewhat fast food. Overall a nice hearty meal.

Used to be a good experience. Now it's all bad, Horrible service, food was lacking all things taste and goodness. It took 3 tries to get the actual order correct and even then, it wasn't the good food it used to be. This used to be a go-to place for me and my family, It was a special treat. Sad to see the business go sideways and be such a bad experience. It's not worth spending my money here anymore. Not sure what happened, but if you do take the risk to go here. Check your food!!! Make sure you go the right things. Its really not worth the time and hassle to get what you ordered. I suppose they live up to their name and make you feel Manic.

Don't do it! They will screw you over. They will promise one thing on the phone and then in person change it all. We ordered meatballs that were supposed to be vegan and received their Italian meatballs in Italian sauce. My family would have become extremely sick if they had eaten it. When I contacted the store they offered to replace the meals as well as a full refund. After driving the 30 minutes back. They only were able to replace the meals. This is a place that doesn't keep their word, will make you sick. Not worth your time. I look forward to them going out of business. When you don't do the right thing, you don't deserve to be in business. I look forward to Karma serving whats due. Once it comes down to when a representative of a business states they will provide A + B due to the mistake the business has made and when A + B is not provided. It equates to not having an ethical business practice. So yes after an additional hour of travel and exhaustion, the stress of just wanting to give my child the food they have wanted, and having a business not honoring the word of their employees. It's not ok. Lack of integrity will not be a sustainable business model. In my childs words. "Mom, lets not go back there, the food isn't worth it"

The food quality was well below previous visits. The meatballs were tough and tasted old, the egg noodles were getting dried out, and the deviled eggs were not anywhere close to as good as before. The cucumber salad is still great. This visit was a real disappointment.

Went in at 6:05 Friday night and there were no potatoes, tables weren’t clean, it was like they weren’t ready for the dinner rush…kinda sad! It wasn’t quite as good as 1st visit…Kid-friendliness: Big wooden boat for kids to play on or eat in!

I can't seem to get myself to Tacoma and go to Manic Meatballs , so I bought my family a gift certificate and they loved it. In the meantime I love Carrie's enthusiastic posts , always brightens up my day.

I really hate giving bad reviews. I still want this place to be fantastic and work out. We had our ordered DoorDash so I really can’t give marks on the atmosphere or service. The food was very bland. The meatballs weren’t that great I make homemade meatballs so much better. The mashed potatoes tasted like frozen mashed potatoes you get from like kid cuisine. The best part was the applesauce. The macaroni and cheese was very bland as well. Sorry, I was very disappointed I had higher expectations.

Got two manic plates. The impossible meatballs were not good, which is interesting because I love impossible. They were bland and even looked undercooked, with a pinkish hue on the inside. What really got me were the green beans. These are some sad beans, ya'll. I put a healthy-ish one next to the other ones. It isn't hard to make some good green beans. This was a quality control issue and they should have been taken off the line. The deviled eggs were flavorless. The applesauce was great though. Fragrant and seasoned with cinnamon. The coconut ball was excellent. It was like a fresh mound bar. I'm not a manic maniac.
