If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff there did their best to ignore me when I already ordered through the app. I was waiting patiently for someone to go out the counter but only when somebody else showed up then they went out. They did not acknowledge me though, they acknowledged the guy who showed up after me. I asked why they ignored me and the manager snarkily said because he was Doordash and he got his order first than me. How am I supposed to know that?? They could've told me they would get his order first instead of ignoring me. Then the manager said to my face that I messed up her night, then proceeded to give me my order without any drinks so it's incomplete. The parents who were at the playplace told me they hated coming there too because of the staff's bad attitude. They just go there for the playplace, not to eat. Last time I also had an issue here where they had me wait more than an hour for 2 happy meals for my 2 kids who were sick and desperately wanted to go home. Me and my kids waited for more than an hour curbside and they didn't tell us why. They would get snarky when I asked why it's taking so long. Finally they said they made a mistake and had given my order to somebody else. They didn't tell me and completely ignored me while the other people who ordered got their food right away, and only when I cried did they say sorry. Very bad customer service and bad attitude overall. You should teach manners to your staff. If they don't like what they're doing, then find another job! Well, they probably can't find anything else cause of their attitude.

Me and my boyfriend came in and ordered something without cheese and they gave us stuff WITH cheese on it also they dropped my burger on the floor and wanted me to take it an eat it anyways even though they had just dropped it on the floor.

Come here multiple times a week since I live a block away. The crew are always in a good mood, remember mine and my kids names and always get our order correct. Very pleased with this location and the staff deserve a pat on the back for their good work.

Apparently it takes 15 minutes to get one burger combo, then another 10 minutes to get two kids meals, then they mess the order up by putting onions when asked not to, I mean what happened to fast friendly service, they moved slow at the same time they were quick to close the window just to stand their and look away from
