Yall really let our DoorDash order sit under lamps for 40min while our dasher waited in line. Didn’t give us our burger just two ten piece nuggets that were also cold and hard as a rock. My fries were so cold they changed colors. My sprites ice was literally melted. I get its DoorDash at 1 am, and it’s McDonalds. Whatever. But who is running the show there? I don’t understand how this can ever be okay. $40 later for some food that you literally can’t eat it’s so cold. The crew tonight should be looked into in my opinion cause HOW

I just went through the drive-thru right at lunch peak. There was no line. There seemed to be a shift change happening who took my payment, but even that was seamless and extremely fast. My fries were perfectly hot and salted. Burger was perfect. Took me maybe 3 minutes from start to finish. I am so impressed! Well done!

The Fries were stale and luke warm. The two Burgers were cold and not I requested, they were supposed have NO onion or pickle, but yet there was onion and pickle anyway. Plus they entirely way too much ketchup and mustard that the bun slid off or the ketchup would squirt out one side.

Everything was great - the only concern I have is in regards to the app- I choose a coupon on the app then I wanted to change to something different, so the app said I could not use another coupon for 15 minutes- this was very frustrating. But it was not the fault of the restaurant.

This McDonalds never gets our order right. I went in tonight to ask them to remake a burger, the cashier stared at me, didn't even ask what I needed. I told her and she walked away, literally said no words back. Another lady comes and takes the burger, I advise what's wrong with it and 4 minutes later they hand me a bag. I walk out, it's the same burger I brought in. I walk back in and they're giggling and laughing like it was so funny they gave me the wrong burger. They just like wasting your time at this location.

Worse experience ever, messed up on how I ordered my food, what I ordered, and the food was cold. I ordered 2 sandwiches, only rang up 1 so I can use my app coupon, 1 sandwich was suppose to sausage mcmuffin with a folded, and a regular egg mcmuffin with Canadian bacon, and got folded egg with Canadian bacon, the one that was missing/ not rang up they gave us the same. So no one was listening at all. I will never go to that store again no matter how hungry I am.
