Food was hot, and they got my hamburger order correct, but they didn't count the nuggests and shorted me. The wait time in the drive through for me was 12 minutes and several people behind me got their food before I did. Was frustrated they shorted my food especially considering the wait time.

I live on vashon and have stopped at this McDonald's for over 20 years. After you raised your price for a McDouble to almost $4, I'll never be back again. I hope this greedy franchise owner ends and homeless on the street.

I used to come here to eat often. Now, I will never eat there. They are always out of something. They're ice cream machine has been broken forever. Worst of all, can't you do something about the homeless people. they are always outside harassing you when you walk in, but they sit inside all day stinking up the dining room. Some guy leaves his shopping cart with a blue tarp out front of the building every single day. It's not a good look. I don't understand why they don't just shut this place down already. There are 2 other McDonald's in close driving range and I haven't had problems with either one. I will be spending my money there from now on.

This is a super clean McDonald's in Tacoma. I had to find a quick eating spot, and this restaurant was very close to my location. I used the app for the first time to order food, and it actually was quick, simple, and accurate. Staff are friendly and much older than other fast food restaurants. Bathrooms were clean, and tables were spotless. This place still gave you the option of ordering at the counter if you chose to.
