Anybody know when they're going to reopen

Does anyone know why they closed? It shows temporary, anyone know what's going on? I'm so sad.

Was hoping for some good dim sum. It wasn’t. The bao was 99% dough no meat and it was undercooked. The waitress was by herself and literally was running between tables and booths. FOR EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE!The atmosphere was the equivalent of a run down night club.

They have reported a planned closure at the end of the month, with no date for reopening. Absolutely lovely people and service. Good was familiar and comforting.

Best Chinese food I had in Tacoma/Lakewood area. Authentic food quality and taste. Waiting time is reasonable. Customer service is above and beyond. I went there with my wife late last night, half hour before closing and they were very welcoming and didn’t mind us to sit down. We loved it a lot and planned to come back. Sadly, the owner told us they are shutting down for good at the end of this month— very disappointing to lose such a good place!

Authentic Cantonese cuisine... dishes are well executed and the staff is very friendly and attentive!! Highly recommended... can definitely rival Chinese restaurants in NYC Chinatown!!Beef chow fun had excellent wok hei...that complex charred aroma that fleetingly cloaks the piping-hot stir-fries served in Cantonese restaurants. The hallmark of an outstanding chef, wok hei - literally translated as 'breath of a wok' - results from a complex interplay of factors that is part science, part art, part magic.Snow pea leaves were fresh and crispy stir fried with wonderful minced garlic. Hot pot of fish, tofu and eggplant was sizzling with flavors and textures. Sizzling beef was amazing!I've also been here for their dim sum and it's very well worth coming here for that as well.

I looked all over trying to find some egg foo young. This was the nastiest food I have ever had. The gravy was nothing but a bowl of Greece it was so gross. When I called them they said that's how I was supposed to be oh wow... I would not recommend this to my worst enemy..

We were hesitant about this place at first as we drove by. It looked like a hotel converted into a restaurant. But the authentic Chinese food surprised my family, it was very well done. Glad we picked this place to try.

Food was terrible. We ordered Sweet and Sour pork and EVERY SINGLE PIECE had bones, tons of fat, and no meat on them. BBQ pork was discolored and tough. Egg rolls were flaccid and drowning in what tasted like poor quality oil. Last but certainly not least/equally bad were the Honey Walnut Prawns that were drenched in mayo and barely cooked - walnuts were raw, not toasted. Probably the worst I've had and I usually try this dish everywhere that serves it. Will not return, nor do I recommend eating there. Makes me wonder what their Health Dept score is...

Food was hands down the best we have had in the mainland. We hail from Hawai'i so we are tough critics. Each plate was so tasty and perfectly seasoned. The garlic green beans had the perfect crunch and were fun to eat. There was enough for us three hungry adults to have seconds and an entire full meal the following evening. Even the water had an excellent freshness that is hard to describe. Owner hung out with us a bit as we are new residents. Shared a lot of helpful information and was so dang personable. Fabulous service and our server was a delight! We will eat here when we are in Tacoma and you should too!

This place is fantastic! My in laws were visiting and were craving Chinese food, so naturally I yelped for help.So yes, the location is in a very sketchy area but that's where you find diamonds in the rough and I'm so glad we found this gem.We came in for a late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday and it was nearly empty so we definitely received stellar service. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The entrees come a la carte family style so it was perfect for us. From the egg drop soup, beef chow fun, chicken chow mein, mapo tofu, char siu pork, wontons, potstickers...beginning to end it was all amazing. The server even offered us special desserts not on the menu and we gladly obliged.Hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever had while living in Washington for sure. You can bet your butt I'll be back and probably frequently lol!
