LOOK AT THE PHOTOS OF MY SANDWHICH.My sandwhich had stale old bread and the bread was crumbling and broken and thin in some parts.It was one of the worst sandwiches I ever ate.I called 8 times in 20 minutes and they didnt pick up the phone.They also never have the cookies when I come in for the past 6 months they're always sold out no matter what time I come in to order food.Is it all new staff here?TBH I'm disappointed in them and I dont recommend this establishment.

This is one of the best local gems. They make incredible sandwiches. They're generally really quick, I usually call in advance and just come in and pick up my sandwiches, which is extremely convenient. They use only quality ingredients, which makes for a very delicious sandwich!

We Have Been Going To MSM For Several Years !! Their Mike's Deluxe Sandwiches Are So Good , Their Gyros Are Scumpious !! Their Everything Cookies Are Addicting !!Parking: Plenty of Parking Available in Their Parking Lot

First time here, probably won’t be back. Very busy with a long wait (well over an hour) but they did give us a heads up about it and service was friendly. What killed it for us was the inconsistency of the food. My husband got a deli style Ruben and it was good, but I got the chicken salad and it was maybe one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten. It was 80% mayo, 6 slivers of almond, and like 20 teeny tiny cubes of bland chicken. The only thing you could taste was mayo. After mayo, lettuce was the other most recognizable feature. We also got some French onion soup, which was salty as hell, we couldn’t eat it. But then the cookie was fire, so good. I can see how if you’re a local, you’ve been coming here for years, you’ve got that one thing you always get that you love, and you call ahead for pickup, it’s probably a 5-star experience for you. This just wasn’t worth it for us.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, the BBQ and the French Dip. Disappointed in both! The BBQ had almost no sauce or meat on it. It was mainly bread. The French Dip smelled funny and had no flavor. Couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Ended up throwing both away! I don’t understand how everyone says they are great! I’d rather get a French dip from Arby’s over getting one here.

This is a real deli and would definitely stand up to New York standards in my opinion- or honestly- closer to Philly standards home of the cheesesteak- and I'm east coast born and raised, b****! Food is stellar, portions are stellar, price is stellar, service is fine. Wait times are long, sometimes 30-40 minutes, but it is so worth it and just part of the charm. They recently reopened their seating area which I appreciate has a fair amount of space. I'm glad the atmosphere isn't done up to be like some kind of lame Seattle bougie type place- please don't ever do that to your deli!!!!!! Just don't!!!!!!!- It's not the most comfortable seating area but serves its purpose.

I don't give many 5 stars, but this is hands down the best sandwich shop I've been to in a long time. I got the Cuban, and my wife got the French dip. Absolutely delicious. Great bread, great meat, and cheese. I highly recommend this place.

First timer at msm and I'm hooked! I had a 9" reuben that was awesome! My friends have been raving about this place forever and I finally got to stop and see for myself. The food is fantastic and the staff are nice and friendly. Limited indoor seating but no big deal. Prices are very reasonable. Don't delay, get in there!!
