I can be very understanding when it comes to working in the food industry and all but when someone has to wait in line for 20 minutes and then have to wait another 10 minutes just for them to place their order into be told that they're not firing anything else for the rest of the night and that they only have a limited quantity of their food. It's kind of ridiculous. I get that they close at 10:00 but if they're online is six cars deep and they know that they have customers they should be prepping food all the way up in till 10:00 and that's where this gets me. At this point in time I went to go get food. Wasn't even able to get what I wanted and had to wait stupid amount of time to even take my order like I'm sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes before they even say a single word. Customer service is just terrible and it's going to tank this business

Over 10 minutes in line now and still havnt ordered. One person on the counter. I feel bad for her, 30 minutes in and were eating and still a long line. HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

I love Panda Express. It’s great food and pretty affordable for fast food. But this has to be on of the worst managed panda expresses I’ve ever been too.The drive through service is HORRIBLE. Constantly forgetting sauces. Routinely 20+ minute waits for as little as 3 or 4 cars. Inefficient intake of my mobile orders. I don’t need you to even respond at the kiosk. Just say “pull forward” so that I can fill the dead space in the line. Recently I was told they didn’t have my food ready (after 15 minutes in drive through for a mobile order) so I could either park and come inside to get it. or circle around and go back through the drive through.I will continue to come here cause I love the food. But please fix the inefficient drive through process. Thanks

Tried to order dine in at 9pm and the two women working the counter ignored me for about 12 minutes as I watched them empty the orange chicken pan for drive thru customers. Instead of serving the people who actually come inside to eat at the restaurant they then scoffed that I was going to wait for more to be made. They then ignored me while a male cook came and actually talked to me and apologized for the poor service. He did a great job and I’m appreciative for him communicating with me. They were the two women who closed the restaurant on march-20-2024. Probably won’t come to this location anymore as this is too frequent an occurrence. Sucks when you don’t eat out often, and when you do you get treated so poorly. Food is good though.

Yes good food. But horrible service, wait time for drive thru 20 minutes, then paid 68.50 for meal. Then told to park for another 15-20 minutes for my food. This isn’t a restaurant this is “fast food” for a reason. At that rate and price I find it to be unsatisfactory to say the least.

Service is aweful here, they cant get your order right. Went over it with them at the window 4 times they still didn't get it right. Only got 2 of 3 plates ordered. When we pointed it out and ordered the 3rd plate again. Got the 3rd plate and went home. Got home to discover they messed up the 3rd plate.
