C'mon TAC Panera, this bowl is half empty. I ordered extra egg, sesame seeds, spinach, and things... However, it was better than the chicken riddled vegetarian lunch, or the rotten lettuce salad I've received. It's been awhile, but the next time it's convenient and I'm starving, I'll just take up nail biting... Because even when it's edible, you might as well just flush money down the toilet to see if it clogs.I did get plenty of Parmesan (asked for light) and some feta (? I despise feta).An overall fan of Panera, but suggesting other locations or improvement.

Went here to pick up my wife's free bee birthday gift she got a chocolate croissant, she loved it , the area was clean everyone working had a smile and the place smelled of fresh bread.

Ordered a half sandwich and a soup, took half an hour to get it The sandwich, which was definitely a full and not a half, was a saucy mess that got everywhere and they put the napkins under it so they were soaked on arrival. The sandwich had a weird sweetness to it and was one of the worst sandwiches of my life. The soup was too salty and otherwise unremarkable. I won't be back.
If you want soy protein fillers go here and order anything with chicken. Not 100% chicken.

Stopped by here because the Tacoma mall Starbucks is closed. This is not a good place to stop for a coffee and pastry, like an actual cafe might be. Long lines and crowded near the food pick up area so you don’t know when your stuff is ready, plus they apparently only had one cashier? The staff all around seemed pretty unprofessional, just a bunch of kids goofing off. I could tell other people were frustrated. It was just a bad experience for what it is and it made me feel stupid for stopping in. I also wound up having food poisoning the next day, go figure

first of all, it took almost an entire hour for them to assemble one sandwich and pour some soup into a cup. second of all, they then /didn't even give me the right sandwich./ i ordered a completely vegetarian sandwich, yet for some reason they completely covered it in shredded chicken and did not put any of the greens. how do salad greens get completely replaced with meat that wasn't even supposed to be there???? how does it take an hour to make the Wrong sandwich???? yet my bag is marked as checked for correctness. hilarious. what a waste of money and time.
