I had never heard of this bar before, I started coming when Sheri posted she was working here. I knew her from some other places so I was excited to check out something new and something close to home. We came a few times and really enjoyed the food. We came once when it was Sheri’s day off and the service was horrible. The bar had maybe 2 people, and there were 2 tables occupied. We were told we had to order at the bar. I could see the if it was busy…but why if it was so slow? We have definitely noticed a significant improvement since the previous manager left…not only more people but the people who work here just seem friendlier and the food has improved. My friends and I come often for the tacos on Tuesdays (which are so good) and we are happy to see the place so crowded and doing well!

I moved close to this bar a year ago and never went inside. They have really friendly staff great food and drinks! The people who drink there seem nice. My recommendation is lemon drop and chicken Ceasar salad yummmmy!

With so few food options in DomeTop and Tacoma itself it's hard on its own to find a place to eat let alone finding a place that is actually good. Parky's is no exception. We have order pizza here three times and each time it's been WTF?!?!?The quality and actual toppings you get is very random. Either the pizza is missing a topping or over abundance of one. Often the pizzas are burnt or have a smoky burnt pizza oven taste. The worst part is the pizzas are so salty! My wife and I have been to Parky's for drinks. The place is very cozy and the staff friendly. Being a good bar I'm giving this review 2-Stars. Otherwise it would be 2-Stars.

Bathrooms stunk something horrible... people had their dogs inside the actual bar area, sitting at the tables. That has to be a health hazard. Decided to go eat next door after using the bathroom and seeing that... not my style.
Game day, a little busy... not really. 20 min to get our drinks. Food was ok, Pizza... chewy, not cooked all the way.

So mad I just recently discovered this place and it's been right down the street from my house foreverp!!! Needless to say I've been there twice in three days and will definitely keep going back. The food is outstanding, the prices are pocket friendly and the overall atmosphere is very much inviting.

I recently discovered Parky's. I live an hour away from Tacoma but when I'm in town, it's become a go-to spot. The pizza is amazing. It's not greasy or sloppy. It's on point with good ingredients. It's a great spot to watch a game and have a well made drink. The outdoor area and pool tables is a huge bonus. Highly suggest a stop here.

It was a little while back that we got a really nice pizza from here-- the meat one, Crust was super thin and the pizza itself isn't really big but it was tasty and spicy and a little salty-- just delicious nonetheless. Then we decided to try the buffalo chicken sandwich and we got it twice and it was nothing less than amazing! We were excited recently to get a buffalo chicken sandwich again--but it wasn't like before?, the bread was hard the sauce was way too spicy and there was a ton of onions on it. It just wasn't the same formulation as the saucy, delicious, and succulent sandwich we had before that was not drowning in strong smelling onions! This is a tavern and it's for Tavern folk-come as you are-- but if you Aren't here to drink and need to get some takeout on the fly --give it a try but something has changed there recently it seems and we missed the way The pizza and the buffalo chicken sandwich was before???!Will we go back again? Likely. The place is a fixture in T town!

Parky's pizza perfection. Please read between the alliteration. This joint not only rolls out tasty pies but provides a friendly and inviting public space where conversation and laughter are bountiful. Who could imagine in this day and age that patrons would actually talk to each other, swap funny stories all while imbibing crusty goodness? Folks are genuine and it's a rarity these days. Make your way over here and cherish a neighborhood staple.
