Most orders go great, I had an experience with ordering from either the app or an online order where it was changed from delivery to pick up and they couldn't or wouldn't change it (they said I changed it) if I did change it, I wouldn't add a delivery fee for the driver

While the delivery was on-time, the quality of the pizza and bread-sticks was not what it should've been! The pizza was OK but lacking in toppings. The bread-sticks were very greasy and no longer came in a box but a paper bag. Both were cold! I understand you're trying to compete with other pizza chains but PizzaHut's food quality has gone down hill! You can do better!

Completely missed my 2 liter. All they have to do is look at top of receipt to see I should have left the store with 5 items. I only left with 4, but still was charged $5 for a 2 liter that I never received.

I would give negative stars if I could, I got a dinner box here a few weeks ago, the service was incredibly rude, and the pizza in the box was undercooked, decided to give them one more try tonight, and we got a big dinner box, and again, both pizzas really undercooked, I could pick the dough off and still knead it, I don't know how they aren't making hundreds of people sick, this is the second time all the food has gone to waste, $40 down the drain, and when I complained about the last dinner box, they replied to my email saying they'll get back to me within the week, and its been like over 2 now and they won't return any more of my emails, I hope they get shut down
I give 0 stars the customer service was so horrible and honestly i wouldn’t ever go here again they ignored me for 25min saying they couldn’t hear me because of fans in the back I was very disappointed I wouldn’t recommend eating at this Pizza Hut. Closing the store down at 10pm when it says open into 12am

Pizza was great. The lobby however, was a mess. There was an open glass bottle of beer balancing on the bench right next to where kids get prizes/toys.I asked if they sold beer. They do not. I asked if they knew it was open sitting there. They did. Their response " Yeah some guy came in with it and we assumed he was coming back."I told them that is not ok, and not allowed. He said "Well I don't know "Unacceptable and disturbing that they didn't care
