I went in for an interview today that was scheduled a couple minutes after I arrived. When I went to go check in for it- the boy running the front desk table was so incredibly rude to me in his tone and mannerisms. He told me that they stopped taking interviews 20 MINUTES ago (I was NOT notified about it at all- and I had walked a good 20 minutes uphill to catch a bus in the pouring rain for it) He seemed like he didn’t care AT ALL about it and was brushing it off. I asked to use the bathroom before I left, and he gave me a nasty look and just pointed at the bathroom- like I was stupid for not seeing it before and his female co-worker muttered “what” in a judgy tone for no reason whatsoever??? And when I left the bathroom they both gave me a smug look like they were laughing at me and making noises. I came all that way to be treated with that DISRESPECT. If these are the employees you keep I don’t understand how you have ANY business at all. Think about how these rude people reflect your business. Why would anyone want to work for a company who’s employees are childish and mean.

The Coconut shrimp sauce taste awful, the garlic butter I ordered didn't taste like butter and the cocktail sauce is pre-made not real fresh and good..

The food was pretty good except for the shrimp, they were a bit off. The staff were nice, it did take a very long time for food to come out but we were a larger group. I would definitely come again.

Went for dinner to this place and experience was below par. Specially service needs improvement. Entering the door young person at counter was very casual , seating took few minutes and once seated it took atleast 10 minutes for server to acknowledge . Gave my order right away and asked for water , server took over 15 minutes for a glass of water. Seems like not enough staff.Food was ok but missing half of Salmon pice and only skin was there ( part visible in picture was all empty inside . Not worth it as over 35 dollars for half piece of Salmon and fries

Update 4.20.24Went again and it was again great service. Drinks were delicious. Made a reservation for 7:30pm for a party of 6. No wait. Everything was great.I was so impressed with our service here. Had our daughters 21st birthday here and our waitress was amazing. Food was great but we will be back for the service.

My overall experience was very unpleasant my waitress Shanta L lacked etiquette and table manners overall. Not only was she rude she acted as though she did not want to serve us by throwing down napkins and walking away. She didn't ask if we needed refills or dessert, however I did hear her ask this to 2 elderly individuals behind us. When taking my order she refused to give me eye contact instead she leaned on the side of my seat to take my order. This waitress should be trained on how to treat all customers accordingly before we were done she would constantly lean in to our table to take our plates without asking or checking in to see if we were actually finished.I find this to be extremely rude and unsanitary . Our food while dining in was decent, however the additional meal we ordered when leaving out was not good at all. I normally enjoy dining in this experience has caused me to take a break from Red Lobster for a while.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The menu seemed to have multiple options of seafood entrees to choose. To be honest, I was a little shocked at the prices for the amount of food you receive. Both meals and the appetizers were over a hundred dollars, and there was nothing that stood out flavorwise. This has been my mother's favorite restaurant for years. This dinner changed that for her, unfortunately.Parking: There was available parking when we were there on an early Thursday evening.Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables that allow for wheelchairs and space as needed.

So my husband and I ordered spend $157.80The food was so Blane no flavor at all. My husband steak was so damn dry he ordered it med rare and it was over well done half the items he ordered in his meal wasnt given to us. Ordered vanilla bean cheesecakes and never received them. Just a huge disappointment

Right away we were seated and we asked for a quieter area and got a great booth that was plenty spaced between other guests. Great start. D was our waitress and she was in training but it didn’t takeaway from our dining experience. Appetizers and drinks came to the table in less than 15 mins from ordering them, the biscuits were first brought out after we had finished our appetizers and were waiting on our main course. There was a little wait, but it was during a busy time and D and the person training her stopped by frequently. Our drinks were refilled often and the food, when it did come out, was great.When we first decided to come to this restaurant, because of its location in town, we were worried, the service would be lacking, but it was truly the opposite case. We had a wonderful time, parking was great. We will more than likely be back.

My wife and I have eaten here the past two weekends and have been lucky enough to have Isabella as our server both times. She was warm, engaging, and attentive, and made the whole visit better. We have resolved to only sit in her section in the future.On top of that, Red Lobster has really upped the quality of food from where it was a few years ago. I thoroughly enjoyed our meals, drinks, and service and look forward to returning soon.

We went to try the Lobster Festival. We also ordered a appetizer of calamari so we are the things started to go wrong was with the calamari we ordered it I asked for sweet chili sauce for the calamari. I finally got it with the last three pieces of calamari. We never got refills on any drinks. When the food came out lobster tail was so hard to even cut our chew. I had to get a different one, the Maine lobster tail was the best of the two. Our waiter was really nice but I’m sorry he needed a break or something because he couldn’t keep on top of the table. He had manager delivered the food. The baked potato was ice, cold, and Middle. I asked for extra butter, got that at almost the end of the meal, does it show everything really sucked from there?
